We couldn't be any happier with DMV Kitchen and Bath, and we can't wait until we decide to redo our 2nd bathroom! The experience from start to finish was everything we could've ever expected and more.
It started with the free in-home quote for the removal of our tub/shower combo to walk-in shower, and the easy and seamless communication from the beginning was smooth and clear. Our project manager, Lucas, answered every question my husband and I had, which gave us peace of mind - and we had a lot. We had several other contractors provide quotes, and some didn't even provide a quote or even show up for an estimate.
We felt the pricing for the scope of work was well in line and fair for the area, experience, and amount of work to accomplish. Once we signed with DMV Kitchen and Bath, we picked all our materials with the help from Lucas, and even got ahead of schedule to start the demo and reno. On the day of, we met with Lucas, Jefferson, and Maynor to do a walkthrough.
The next few days flew by with no interruptions to our workday, since we work from home, and both Maynor and Jefferson were very accommodating to our environment. They were organized, easy to talk to, and most importantly, got the job done right and exactly how we wanted. Maynor even worked all day on a Saturday, which was much appreciated.
What made the experience even more pleasurable was that we have a young puppy, and Maynor and Jefferson were so friendly and interactive with him. The gentlemen who came to install the sliding glass door and do all the finishings were also great to work with. We are ecstatic with the outcome and couldn't have been happier with the quality of work provided. We will recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors.

Javier Nogales was top notch to deal with, as were his crew. Javier was very patient and helpful in the early part of the process, where we were picking fixtures and tile - all the way to completion - and beyond.
Several months after the master bath job was completed, some dark spots started to show through where they had applied glue to the back of the mirror.
I told Javier about it and, without hesitation, he said they'd take care of it.
Javier sent out a crew that weekend and they replaced the mirror in short order. No fuss, no muss.
We were so pleased with the bathroom job, that we had them replace a door to an outside shed, a handrail to the basement, as well as a wooden railing (with iron spindles) to the upstairs.
All work was done in a timely and very professional manner.
Price-wise, for the master bath reno, we got bids from two other contractors. One bid was way higher than the other two, so we eliminated that one.
After talking with Javier and the other contractor, we were very comfortable choosing DMV and are extremely happy we did.

DMV remodeled our kitchen, converted a walk in closet into a bathroom, and remodeled another bathroom for us in 2016. The quote was reasonable and they stuck to the timeline and budget during the 2 1/2 month project. I'm writing this review because they also honored their 1 year warranty and sent someone back to our home to repair very minor issues we had following the construction. Additionally, 1 1/2 years after the project ended we had an electrical issue that had been repaired quickly (by a contractor other than DMV), and after the repair there was minor drywall damage left that I wanted to see if DMV would repair since the issue dated back to their project. They sent someone as promised and resolved the problem. This is an honest local small business that stands by their work and their word - a rarity these days. Professional and pleasant to work with, DMV Kitchen and Bath has done a spectacular job for us in renovating our old kitchen. They were very creative, and came up with a design that we immediately fell in love with. Their crew was very proficient and paid great attention to detail. Any issues or changes we made were handled quickly, professionally and in a cheerful manner by everyone involved, no questions asked. When guests see our kitchen, they have only great things to say and they can tell the quality, careful planning and hard work that went into every detail.
