I called Ken at Infinity heating about 9:30 today and Matt,
the Service man was at my door at 11:00am. He took the furnace apart and checked it for problems and change one part and put everything back together like he was never there. I love Ken's Infinity, they have always quickly came to my rescue. If you want excellent service, I highly recommend Ken's Infinity heating and air.

This the company to use. Ken and Bashar helped us install a new furnace. Biggest thing these are real good people. Ken (owner) is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. Bashar stayed in contact the whole way and went above and beyond. I could go on. Might invite them back to the house for some homemade NY style pizza. And they are BBB accredited.

I've got a new infant at home and just had surgery when my furnace went out before a cold weekend. These folks made it out to my house on a weekend within hours of the breakdown. Ken Brasmer and his apprentice (assuming) were able to get us a temporary solution to heat us over the weekend. They then sent out Matt Gilbreath on Monday with the permanent fix. Both of these gentlemen were consummate professionals on the job.
Even better, the entire cost is only a little more than some of the other guys were quoting me just to look at my furnace.
Infinity Heating & Air's team saved my family's bacon and they can save yours too. Could not be more impressed with this service.

I highly recommend Infinity Heating & Air. I called another vendor and they said I needed a whole new coil and the cost was going to be almost $3,000. Had Infinity Heating & Air come and do a second opinion and it ended that the system did not need to be replaced and the cost was almost 50% less. Infinity Heating & Air will be my go to for my next repair.

Look, the fact of the matter is our furnace wasnt working and after a 30 minute visit from Infinity it was working again, so I cant be too harsh. But its $165 just for them to come out. I get it, there has to be a minimum charge for the time and expense of making a visit. But if the whole job can be done in 30 minutes, then perhaps its just a $165 fix and thats it. Nope, they charged an additional $50 for Flame sensor cleaning, which took the technician about 5 minutes to diagnose, tear down, fix, and put back together. $215 for 5 minutes of work equates to $2,580/hour. A bit on the steep side if you ask me. For $165 house call, the first hour should be free.

Our heat pump quit working quite noisily on one of the hottest afternoons this year. Called the next morning and Matt showed up that afternoon to repair and get our house cooled down. Without the AC our house was over 80 degrees, and now it is cooling back down to 70. Thank you Infinity!

Alex arrived on time and was super friendly. After reviewing my request for service he said it was something I could easily fix. He further stated he didn't feel right charging me the quoted $150.00 for such a simple task. He advised on what to do and was on his way. REFRESHING SERVICE!! What a great company.
