The team that completed the drywall repairs in our home did a fantastic job. Brian and his crew (Marlon and Maria) were extremely thorough, courteous, and very respectful of our home. The crew worked very diligently to ensure that the area was cleaned at the end of each day, which is very much appreciated.
Brian made sure that we were fully satisfied with the project before the crew was completely finished. More specifically, the crew made sure that the job was as close to perfect as possible, so that we'd be happy with the job. Their prices were very competitive, and Brian was very informative when discussing the different options, and how those can increase or decrease total costs (i.e., replacing panels vs. repairing them, etc.). Our project wasn't huge, and it consisted of a mostly a lot of repairs in various locations throughout the house.
The communication from the company far exceeded that of other companies I've worked with. I would receive a notification the day before and usually the morning of the service date, and Brian would often text or call to check on the progress. On several occasions, Brian would physically come to our house to check in with the workers and the progress. We completed several walk-throughs to just look at any minor issues that may need addressing, and those were quickly remedied (things like pinholes, rough spots, etc. - basically, things that are normal with drywall repair). I appreciate that he allowed me to be kind of nitpicky. He was very accommodating to my nitpicky-ness.
I can say that we are extremely pleased with the end result, and I'd absolutely recommend the company. We'll certainly hire them again if we need any future repairs.

We recently had our house replumbed which left large holes in our ceiling. The Patch Boys provided a reasonable quote and there were no surprises. They did an excellent job fixing the holes, texturing, and painting.

Absolutely amazing company! Im 39 weeks pregnant and my husband and I found ourselves in need of ceiling repair. Brian and his team were prompt in completing the repair and went above and beyond to make sure everything looked seemless. They made themselves available on the weekend to make sure everything was done before our son arrives. I cant say enough good things about The Patch Boys! We will definitely use their services again should the need arise.

I would highly recommend Patch Boys of North Charlotte! The team was friendly, very responsive, and had great communication throughout the project. They turned a quote around quickly, but were patient and not overbearing as I waited to received quotes from other companies. We ultimately decided to go with Patch Boys and are very happy with our decision! Pricing for the job was similar to what we received from other companies. The team was very thorough and didnt rush just to complete the job. The online portal was super user friendly and was great for reviewing the quote and paying the invoice.
