Cannot recommend Herring highly enough, 10 stars on a scale of 1-5. Made my first call, answered immediately. Told to text my info to same number, was contacted via text within 15 minutes to confirm a day and time. Received a text first thing in the morning I had scheduled, confirmed I was home and they responded were on our way. Larry & Victor arrived at 7:30,, went right to work, explained everything, came in under estimate and gone by 10. We will never use anyone else.

Victor, Larry and Nico finished the clean out about an hour ago. They were prompt, courteous and professional and did a great job. What more could we ask?! We were also updated throughout the process as well as provided helpful hints on long term maintenance. Outstanding!

My husband and I recently purchased our new home in Valdosta, and we called to see about having our septic system inspected and cleaned. Had a septic tank back up on me over the weekend. Called herring, and they helped get me through to Monday. On Monday, they showed up when they said, knocked out the job, explained some of the basics of the septic tank to help get me through any future issues, and charged a fair price. My wife and I would personally like to thank Victor and Willie for their outstanding service with our septic issue. My wife called Herring Septic Service the night before and explained are problem with our septic tank, the gentleman stated he could have someone there the next morning. Victor and Willie were here the next morning and started to work right away. Victor explained to us what he was doing and why we were having problems with the septic. Victor was very thorough and explained to us the problem and the fix. My wife and I were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and would recommend this company to everyone.

From the moment we called and had Craig answer the phone we knew we went with the right company. He said he would get us taken care of and they did. The gentlemen that showed to our house an hour later were courteous and very professional. We didn't know where our septic was located due to just purchasing the home. They searched and searched and were able to locate it and got the job done quickly. No hidden cost what we were quoted is what we paid. I called them around 10 and they called me back within 30 minutes. I asked when they could get me on the books to have my septic tank serviced and they sent a truck to my house within 40 minutes! When I met the truck at my house Victor and Darryl not only were professional from start to finish but they were very informative and didn't get annoyed by my questions and I had a lot since I have never had septic before.
They were easy to talk with, honest, and upfront about everything no hidden costs or surprises at all. When the service was completed payment was easy and they were on their way. They have earned my business for everything septic related for life.

Called because of clogged septic and they went above and beyond to help us to fix the issue. They were extremely professional and left their workspace as clean as can be. 3 man crew and they had all the equipment needed to get the job done. Will be using them as my only go to septic company. They arrived and fixed the septic tank the same day I called and worked with me on scheduling a good time to meet. I was very impressed with their professionalism and results! They quickly fixed the issue (needed a new filter and emptying of the Septic Tank) and then cleaned the mess prior to leaving. I fully intend to continue using them for future service!
