A bit late in posting a review but These guys are the real deal and very very happy with the outcome. From the start of my complete home makeover, Mark the PM, was attentive and communicative. I put out an inquiry and had upwards of 20 companies and contractors harassing me telling me why theyd be the best or how theyll beat anyones price or how theyd knock it out in a weekend. 614 exteriors, Mark in particular, listened and seeked to understand my vision instead of empty promises to hook me.
We Replaced roof, siding, soffits, trim boards, gutters, and lights. Note, the driveway was done by another company. Every step and every detail was discussed and confirmed with me. No assumptions liberties or shortcuts were taken. When issues were encountered, like rotting boards, they werent ignored or covered up. Work was paused until discussed and resolution was green-lit.
They do things the right way and with integrity. To me that is more important than speed or low cost. I Opted for a black roof, sea slate siding, and white trim. Pricing was transparent from start to finish, there were no surprises at the end of the job. The experience I had with 614 Exterior was smooth and amazing from the beginning. The owner of the company came to my home and looked at the work that I needed done. Keith worked me into a very tight window of time as I was selling my home and time was of the essence. His pricing was extremely fair. The professionalism shown to me by the entire crew of staff provided to me went beyond what could be expected.
Every single bit of debris from the job was cleaned up. The 2 flat roofs they completed are amazing. My home sold and I have no doubt it was in part due to the finished roofs that I much needed. Thank you to Keith and your entire staff. Anyone would be lucky to have such a team in their home.

My wife and I hired 614 to replace all of our James Hardie siding and trim. The team at 614 were first class to work with. Brandon, Dakota, Tyler and Mariano were all very knowledgeable, easy to work with and most importantly committed to making sure everything got done right and to the James Hardie standard. We hired them to do our roofing claim. They did a very good job, and the entire process went very smoothly. Edit 3/10/25: Mark was our representative and he was absolutely amazing. Months later after getting our roof done through them we had an unrelated roofing issue caused by the windstorm and didnt know who to consult so we sent him a message and he was able to make time to come check out our roof the very same day and even helped us fix the issue too! His follow up care was phenomenal, definitely someone would recommending to our friends!

Dakota and everyone at 614Exteriors did a great job, from pointing out storm damage on my roof and siding that I was unaware of, convincing my insurance company of the damage and getting me a good settlement. When it came time to pick materials, Dakota explained all our options and how different options might maximize resale value. The work crews showed up on the schedule promised, did excellent work and did a good job of cleaning up when the work was done. Our new roof, siding and gutters look great! I had the pleasure of working with Keith who is the owner of the company when choosing 614 Exteriors to replace my roof. Keith is a consummate professional who truly cared about our situation and provided us multiple options to get it resolved. I researched the shingles that the company uses and found that they are some of the highest rated in the industry with better features and qualities than many mainstream competitors.
On installation day, the crew came right when they were scheduled to and worked diligently all day to get the roof done. The quality of the installation was outstanding, and their clean up efforts were even better. Not a single nail or scrap of anything left behind. A small fascia board job that I realize was not typical for them as it was not a large job, just replacing some rotting fascia. A smaller contractor told me he could not do the job due to how the fascia was installed and the risk of damaging the stucco. 614 Exteriors not only replaced the fascia with superior composite but also layered the boards for an improved look.
They also improved the roof runoff to prevent tar staining on the side of the house, which had started happening from the original eave design. Quality work, great price, and good communication!

I had a hard time finding a company who would rip the failing stucco off my house. Their team was helpful and professional. When we found rotting base plates and foam under the stucco instead of plywood, they tore out the rotting pieces and replaced them. We bought new porch lights and they installed them. Every time I go outside I am so satisfied to see my beautiful new exterior. It is almost like having a new house!

I thought I had a color issue with the siding during delivery, they brought out an expert to confirm the delivery was correct the next day. The color issue was on my side because I wasn't aware how didn't lighting affects the siding code.
Also I had some minor issues after install but 614 Exteriors fixed the issues within the same week. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing exterior house work done! 614 Exteriors ensures the customer is 100% satisfied.

Do not waste your time calling other companies- just give Keith and team a call at 614 exteriors and you will receive some of the best customer service and quality workmanship around. We have used 614 twice now, both times to repair some storm damage to the exterior of our home. We worked with Todd this go-around and his communication skills are the gold standard for what communication and taking care of customers should be.
He was an absolute pleasure to work with. The roofing crew was excellent as well, on time and extremely neat. When they left you couldn't even tell they were even there. My wife and I can't thank 614 Exteriors enough for delivering for us time and time again. Had a great experience with Todd and Tyler. We had a small repair in the soffit and had a difficult time finding a company willing to even look at it. Luckily, I remembered they had done our roof years ago and called 614. They were able to get it taken care of right away (it was somewhat urgent as it was small repair, but a giant opening to our house and needed to be taken care of quickly). Won't waste time calling around next time, I'll just call them!

If there are issues and your roof needs replaced, he will walk you through every step of the process and respond to any inquiries immediately. Our roof was replaced in 1 day and the cleanup was like they were never there!
I recommend 614 to my neighbor who had 2 other roofers tell her she had serious issues and needed to replace immediately; Keith did not see those issues and was able to put their minds at rest that they have a few more years left on the roof. Started out great, got a little rocky (not their fault) and ended fantastically. I have nothing but good things to say about Adam and 614 Exteriors. They helped me out of a bad situation before it became a disaster and I'm so thankful to them. It's just a small house, nothing to them from some of thier work I've seen but it's everything to me and they EARNED every word and star of this rating along with my gratitude for how quickly they got to my tiny little home to get this done for me.
I was amazed that Adams team showed up at my property before my girlfriend left for work at 6:10am. They seen us walk outside as she was leaving and asked if we minded if they got started and I said have at it. They were done and gone from my property by Noon and it was like they were never here. I watched them roll my yard with a large magnet to make sure they left nothing behind and they didn't. Keith and Todd both took the time to understand my needs and went above in beyond by pointing out other areas of my house which they could help out with. I ended up going with 614 for this project because there was a clear path to not only putting a new roof over my head but they also fixed the siding on my house and reinstalled air ducts to ventilate my upstairs bathrooms.
This team provided value, timely communications, and an end product im proud to have their stamp on. They were recommended to me by my realtor and because of how easy they were to work with, I will be spreading that good word around town as well.

I recently had 614 replace my roof when a large number of homes were hit with an unusual hail storm. As soon as the storm had passed, the solicitations just started pouring in. I had 12 offers left at my door in one day. It seemed very desperate. 614 was different. I had talked with neighbors and observed others experiences and was glad I did. They were honest, professional and a great help dealing with the insurance process. The communication was great and overall a good experience. They were so good, we are already planning on using them for future projects.

They immediately placed a tarp on our damaged roof, worked patiently with our insurance company, answered all of our questions promptly and installed a quality roof. You may be lucky enough to find a contractor as good as 614 Exteriors, but you will NEVER find one better. They are the epitome of excellence at every level. Adam and Keith will work hard to make sure you get the best estimate, and their crew is amazingly efficient and clean. Their roofing bid was $3 grand less than my neighbors, and they do not cut corners.
They truly believe in treating their customers with respect, are very hands on, and are straight shooters. They mean what they say and say what they mean. The roof installation was truly second to none. From taking pictures and creating a bid, and with Tyler working hard to make sure your insurance steps up and does their part, to getting a crew out to your house for installation faster than their competitors. Keri is very personable as well, and will work with you having great patience on getting the finances and payment worked out.

I got 5 estimates from 5 different companies and none of them were as professional or informative as Chris from 614 exteriors! I had all the wood removed, replaced and painted on the side of my house. Also I had my deck repaired and painted, new gutters, and a facial board repaired and painted. We reached out to 614 Exteriors for attic ventilation. Had a great experience start to finish. Keith was quick to respond and get out to us for a free estimate. Contacted him on a Tuesday and he was over on Thursday. He spent over an hour with me answering all my questions, making suggestions, and helping me figure out what would work best for our situation.
We had an estimate within 24 hours and they were out to install the new vents that Monday. The difference the vents have made is unreal. While I'm in no rush to have more work done, I know when I do I'll be calling 614 Exteriors.

I have used this company five times in the last seven years since purchasing our home. The homes roof was about 15 years old when we purchased the home. We had three roof leaks all in the middle of the night. One about every two years. Every time Keith (the owner) had someone at our house the same day to fix the problem. They installed gutter guards for us so I wouldnt have to get on a ladder anymore.
They also installed a new roof for us after we got sick of all the leaks from the 20+ year old roof we had on the home. The new roof looks fantastic. All brand new flashing around the chimney. They even painted all the plumbing vents to match. I always recommend them to anyone since they are so easy to work with and answer every question. We used 614 Exteriors for a full roof and skylight replacement. They are likely the only contractor weve used on a major house project that Id recommend and certainly the only one Ive taken the time to leave a positive review for online. Keith was reasonable, proactive and engaged from start to finish, not just during the sales process. Id acknowledge my expectations are not the easiest to accommodate, however, 614 Exteriors work was high quality and I was impressed with the roofing crews respect working at our home. Weve done enough projects to know to expect the unexpected during any significant work. Keith was prepared with solutions for the snags we ran into. 614 Exteriors was one of several companies we met with for this project. We used 614 exteriors this week and had a great experience with them! I reached out to get an estimate and they were very well priced while still offering everything I wanted. Within 2 weeks of contacting them we had our new roof. It was so low hassle! The materials were delivered the day before. The morning of the install the crew showed up at 7am and started working right away and they were done by 4:15.
None of the vegetation around our house was hurt, the yard was completely cleaned up, and the roof looks amazing. The owner Keith stopped by an hour or so later to make sure everything had gone well for me and to double check the work and clean up. He and his staff were super friendly and thorough. They emailed me payment receipts right away and even emailed the city permit which I had totally not thought to ask for! All of that to say that I would (and will) 100% recommend 614 exteriors if you need a new roof. I love it when local companies are awesome!

Highly recommend! I had a leak in my roof that became significantly worse and noticable with all this rain we've been having. Keri in the office was incredibly helpful and very responsive via phone and text. Sean came out to my home explained everything that he saw and what would be the best solution. He was great! I felt very comfortable knowing they would get my roofing problem solved - and they did just that! Sean came out a second time immediately after I had a question about the repair - I could not be happier with their customer service! I hope I don't need a complete replacement roof for quite awhile but when I do I will be reaching out to them!

Keith at 614 Exteriors was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, thorough and respectful of current social distancing guidelines. His team was quick to get to the job and the roof turned out wonderfully. Unfortunately we had a relatively large tree limb fall on the roof about a week after the roof was replaced. I let Keith know and he came out same day to take a look while the limb was still on the roof. he thought we escaped without damage, but to ensure that was the case, he came back out after the limb was removed by the tree company, reinspected and confirmed we were all good. Aside from the tree limb, the whole experience was great thanks to Keith and his team! We will certainly use 614 Exteriors for any future outdoor home improvements.

First time needing a new roof. Keith and Keri were so nice and willing to answer all of my (probably dumb) questions and really took the time to thoroughly explain every little thing to me. We had a lot of inspections and quotes and ultimately chose 614 exteriors because of their easy to read/broken down quote and friendly vibes. We had some minor leaks in one room of our house, and had 3 companies come out to look at it. The first two were trying to sell a entire roof replacement, but then there was Keith. Keith sent Josh out to look at our issue, and he was able to point out some areas of concern that could be fixed fairly easy. Im not usually one to write reviews but this company 614 Exteriors exceeded our expectations. I called this company based on reviews and a recomendation from a friend and so glad I did. We had a few leaks that needed looked at and I wanted someone to be honest with me repair/replace. Not even thinking this would be something that was not out of pocket Keith took a look at the roof and discovered wind damage a and some loose and cracked shingles.
He told me this is something I should not have to pay out of pocket for and to contact our insurance company. Our insurance company came back and said they would only cover half of the roof replacement. I was okay with it but Keith felt that's unacceptable and met with the adjuster 3 different times to point out problem areas. Thanks to Keith the entire roof was covered!
As soon as the insurance company approved our Claim we had our new roof within days. His roofing team did an amazing job. Thanks again Keith! I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends!

We discovered a leak in our roof after the big wind storm a few weeks ago. I called Keith, he came right out to inspect and determine the cause. He didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. I have never been so impressed. We had a full roof replacement on a rental property in rural Ross County and some gutter work on our own house in Columbus.
