We had a very short amount of time to find a new home and get moved in. Katie Shuler was so terrific, she helped us with problems on application, she is very knowledgeable and professional. I dont think we could have had a better person to understand our needs and situation and get us the right home for our family. I am in the process of relocating to Atlanta for a new job and we are unfortunately leaving Raleigh and Victory - looking for a new rental in a different state has truly reinforced how wonderful Victory Property Management has been. Having corresponded with a lot of different property managers and read through a lot of different requirements, policies, etc - I can honestly say that if I was staying in Raleigh, you couldn't pay me to consider renting through another management company.
Victory has always been extremely professional, friendly, quick to respond and fair. We've worked with Dena throughout most of our lease and she has been wonderful. Genuinely nothing but positive experiences in the almost two years we've been in our rental home.

I had the pleasure of working with Matt and Taryn. They were so helpful and attentive to all my needs through the process of finding my new home. They were available even after hours and made the experience such an amazing one! I was able to get ahold of them via phone and text and they made everything very easy! I would highly recommend them and this company as other times I was directed to other offices or extensions and everyone was very helpful!

Victory Property Management is the best rental company I've rented from and a huge part of our great experience is working with Amber. She is quick to respond when contacted and fix issues (although we have not had many). She is knowledgeable and advocates fairly for both the renter and homeowner. I highly recommend renting with Victory!

March, 2022: I wanted to quickly follow up about my experience with Victory Property Management now that my time as a tenant is complete. The entire process with the company was exceptional! Regardless of the type of request needed, I was met with a responsive thoughtful answer or solution. Previously stated mgmt portal was very helpful throughout my lease and kept records of my payments, request, and documentation.
I was fortunate to work with Carlos who provided above and beyond customer service! Thank you Carlos and Victory Property Management! ___________________________________________ I recently moved into an apartment and had an excellent experience working with Victory Property Management! Staff was very attentive and quick answering any questions I had regarding my rental property as a tenant.
I had the pleasure of working closely with Carlos and he was very transparent and helpful in all my requests and questions. Company provides a comprehensive portal that is easy to navigate for essentially all you need as a tenant- maintenance, payment, documents, etc. I am happy that they will be the property managers during my lease and would recommend!
