Id like to recommend NICK TRACEY ROOFING for anyone looking for a new roof. From the start, working with their salesman Brian to working with their project manager Angel. Their co-operation was fantastic. Their crew were very professional and they didnt stop from morning till night. Their clean up was impeccable. For a house that is 120 years old it totally changed the looks. Angel took numerous photos and kept us informed throughout the process. Arrived on schedule, completed the hip roof on a 3500 sf house including metal valleys and 41 sheets of plywood sheathing (as mold remediation). Then came back within a week for a couple of small punchlist items. Great job, great to work with.

I had an issue with my very old skylights and, after having a couple of very expensive quotes with handyman-type apps, I decided to contact Nick Tracey. What a wonderful experience! Not only was their quote significantly less, the people I worked with were exceptional. From Mike who accommodated my work schedule to provide a quote to Bruce's overseeing of the project, I was 100% positive that I had made the best choice. This is my third roof installed by Nick Tracey Roofing. Previously Nick Tracey roofing did two commercial properties for us. This time, it was our residence. Keith Jordan was the project manager supervising the crew and they were awesome. 31 square, strip and then install, they were done and cleaned up by 4 PM. Keith texted me pictures periodically throughout the install.
I stopped by around noon and Keith gave me a rundown showed me the work they were doing and I went back to work. Keith and the crew were great. Mike Ponti was the sales rep that initially came to our house, showed us the options, and even stopped by my workplace to drop off additional samples. Mike was the project manager on a previous roofing job we did last year and he really knows his stuff. We are very pleased again with Nick Tracey Roofing.

I was in need of a roof due to the age of my home and had shopped around. Nick Tracey Roofing pricing was very competitive, in fact it was half of the estimate I had received from one company. His foreman Brian provided ema detailed estimate with the options available. The workmanship and preparation far exceeded my expectations. They had all the materials delivered in advance and had the job fully completed in one day. It looks great, the quality was excellent and the customer experience along the way was top notch. If I could give Nick Tracey Roofing more than 5 stars I certainly would! I had a rather unique issue with my roof project in that I had a solar array that would first need to be removed and then reinstalled after the roofing was completed. Nick and his amazing crew did a fantastic job on both the roofing and solar aspect of this project. Calls were returned promptly, communications were excellent, they showed up as promised and overdelivered on the completion date. And they left the job site spotless!

Great experience using Nick Tracey Roofing. Mike was excellent in his inspection and really listened to what my needs and concerns were in finding a solution that worked for what was needed to be repaired and what fit my budget and long term needs. There was great communication from them until the project day. Angel and his team were excellent on the project day, they kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and worked extremely hard.
They were here for 13 hours to get the job done in 1 day! I met with multiple roofing companies before selecting one and very happy with my choice, all around an excellent job.

Nick Tracey roofing performed an exceptional job on the replacement of our 2500sqft home plus garage roof. They showed up early, worked hard, and finished the job in one day. They communicated well, and made us aware of everything upfront to alleviate any surprises. Personally worked with PM Mike Ponti who went above and beyond in every step of the way! Would 100% recommend this company and would use them again. It also helps that they were NOT the most expensive, and offered a good warrantee.

We are so pleased with Nick Tracey Roofing. We needed a new roof and attic ventilation. They installed ventilation, a roof vent, and inspected the attic while installing the new roof. There was a large roofing crew and they were doing clean up by 2:00 p.m. The yard was spotless! If you need a roof, Nick Tracey Roofing is the company for you.

Nick Tracey Roofing did an amazing job on our house. They added a new ridge vent and a new Corning Inflow Vent system. This will really add better efficiency to our roof! They completed the job with in 1 day and completely cleaned up around the house. They were very professional and took down our ugly roof antenna.
