Lenny was great, he was very thorough and did both my pre-drywall and final inspections. He explained everything as he went through and I had the report the same day. They were super flexible and were able to fit me in on short notice after I had to reschedule multiple times due to building delays and weather. Highly recommend.

Our inspection was very thorough and the report was easy to read. But the main reason for the 5 stars was the customer service. Sabrina, Geremy, and Lenny were all wonderful to work with. We had a really short deadline due to our realty contract and they made sure the inspections were completed in time. We went with the Advance Home Inspection Package and it had everything we needed for our mortgage loan and everything we wanted for piece of mind.

This company is very professional, and I'd recommend them to anyone who is wanting to have a home inspection completed prior to purchasing a home! They are very thorough in their inspections and they break things down in a language you can understand without all the technical talk. This company helped me in dodging a bullet in regards to a purchase I was looking at, and helped direct me to the people I needed to talk to in order to determine what I needed.
