I called on a Saturday for a yellow jacket problem. Rami came on time and as promised on a Sunday morning. He was professional, reasonably priced and thorough. We had a bird scratching through our ceiling last night and I was calling multiple pest control companies in a panic with no luck because it was so late. New Day picked up and the gentleman on the phone spent 10 minutes with me talking me through the situation and giving useful advice. We didn't end up having them come out because he explained to me how to deal with the problem on our own.
Not only did he know what he was talking about, but he also seemed like he genuinely wanted to help even though his opinion was that we didn't actually need them to come out. I think that says a lot about the integrity and quality of a business. I will definitely be using New Day for any future issues that arise.

I had mice in my house and the company that did my pest control put traps with glue and pheromones. The result wasnt satisfactory. Couple of mice got trapped and a couple escaped leaving a piece of fur behind. Then I found New Day pest control. Rami was very nice and professional. He put the traps that infect mice and made them escape the house. He checked the traps in a couple of weeks, and managed the problem to the end. Thank you!

I didn't use this company's service because I'm a renter and my landlord is using someone else but I called because my landlord told me that pets have to be out of the house for the pest control but didn't specify how long so I called them and they were very very very nice people both wife and husband. They were very informative and very professional.
When I spoke to Michelle I believe she told me she would have her husband call me back it was within 5 min and told me everything I needed to know. I really recommend this company and would recommend them to my landlord next time

Rami is FANTASTIC. We had a pretty bad infestation he was dedicated to ending it. I felt at ease the first time I met him. Sometimes its a little unsettling having a man in your house when you have your young child there. Rami is a great exterminator, if you have a pest, call Rami.

You can stop looking because this is the man you call. I had been having an on going battle with squirrels in my attic and finally accepted defeat and called a professional. Rami called me back within 5 minutes and was at my home in less than an hour. He answered all of my questions came up with a plan and at this point I am confident my squirrel problem has been solved.
He also inspected the rest of my house for any other potential pest problems and gave me good advice how to keep it pest free. Rami is a very professional and personable man that I truly believe cares about his customers. I could not be happier about what he did for me and for the price he did it for. I hope I never have to call him again but if something does come up I will not hesitate to call. Five stars all the way would give more if I could.

Set up an appointment and Rami came over in about 15 minutes. I thought it was a rat, but he suspected it was a squirrel. He was right. He flushed the squirrel out and gated the hole. Finished the entire job in about 30 minutes and I'm pest free. 10 Star job.
