The end product is fine, however scope of work and what I feel I was told and paid for didn't happen. Was told the trim would be power washed due to paint not sticking to dirt and that did not happen. I also picked up the paint scrappings/chips left on ground and patio.

Kyle, Matt and the entire paint crew were fabulous! We had a 5000sqft paint job that turned out incredible as we went from a dark color to an off white. The attention to detail and helping move/reset furniture was also a big help. Matt checked on progress each day and they accommodated a few changes we made with no fuss. Highly recommend That1Painter for your job. Do yourself a favor and at least get a quote!

Team did an outstanding job, painting my trim and walls. Very detail oriented. All team members were upfront about the process. They used great quality paints from Sherwin-Williams. Throughout the process when I had questions or concerns, they immediately addressed them and resolved them before leaving. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Nick and Kyle were greatthey worked so hard and ensured everything was completed to our standards before closing out the job, including multiple walkthrough and coming back for extra touch ups and clean up. The whole team was professional, friendly, and committed to ensuring every detail was perfect before wrapping up the job.
They left my home looking flawless, and their dedication truly exceeded my expectations. The best part is having 3 years of touch ups included for anything that we might have missed or needs a little extra attention. I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott and his team at That 1 Painter, and I can't express enough how much I enjoyed the experience! After a previous bad experience with another company, I was understandably skeptical. However, Scott put me at ease right from the start. I shared my concerns about the HOA-approved colors and how they compared to my neighbors' recent paint jobs.
Some had a gray with a lot of blue undertone, while others had a deeper gray tone. Scott took the time to explain the painting process and assured me that I would be happy with the outcome. Victor, the lead painter, was also fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to address all my concerns. The entire team made the experience seamless and enjoyable.
