We recently had to replace our condenser and evaporator coil A/C unit and we are so glad we chose Washburn Air. They were quick to get a tech out to diagnose the issue, got us scheduled for the installation, and now we are enjoying cool upstairs again! During the installation, the guys were on time, took their shoes off when on carpet, they were polite and answered all our questions. I needed multiple odd jobs done around the house, as a single woman I am careful who I use. Great AC/ Heating and also wonderful doing these odd jobs, staying and coming back to ensure the jobs were complete and to my satisfactio. Patrick and Chris were especially helpful and treated my house like their own. Dog friendly being careful my dog didn't get out of the front door while they came in and out. My AC was not cooling and someone I work with recommended Washburn Air. When I called they sent someone out the same afternoon! Chris was AMAZING! He was very knowledgeable and professional and easily diagnosed the problem with my outside unit! It required further service and he came back and replaced the part and now its blissfully cool in my house! It was a great experience dealing with Washburn Air and I highly recommend them! I called Washburn close to a noon hour and spoke with Mary. She was asked if my service request was urgent. I said that is was not urgent. To my surprise & delight, she immediately processed my request and I received same day service in the afternoon. Technicians listened to my problem and reviewed historical documentation that I had received from my smart thermostat system.
They proceeded to locate and diagnose the problem. I was consulted about the time & cost; I provided my approval to continue with the repair work. Washburn Air went above and beyond for us. We had two different companies look at our issue, and neither one of them could solve the problem. One suggested we purchase an entire new unit.
