Alex really bailed us out this time. Our A/C quit in the middle of this last heat wave. I called Alex and somehow they found the capacity to come out the same day and fixed the problem immediately. My poor Dogs couldn't have taken another day of oppressive heat in the house. IMHO, these guys truly know their stuff and are really honest as well. No extra charges and no attempts to upsell you additional equipment or services. They have really earned our business!

Great crew with excellent manners, on time, very clean work area. We used Alex and his team to replace air ducts and AC unit. They took great consideration of figuring out the amount of air flow in the house. The new AC unit is very quiet and the entire house is nice and cold. One of our room would get so little air before. Alex and Angel are very professional and thorough in their job. They replace our entire HVAC system with AC Pro SEER 18 variable speed system (some people call it dual stage), replace our old air ducts with the latest kind in the industry (the one with shiny aluminum material), add additional return air opening & new vents in some rooms that are lacking airflow, replace vent grills in all rooms and bring everything up to code for a really competitive price that beats any other contractors I have been shopping around Orange County.
If you're shopping around, look no further. Call them asap. It saves you time and energy. DONT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER! I feel they're like the good neighbors who try to help, rather than a businessman who tries to maximize profits. I trust them for any future hvac or plumbing job I will have around the house. Weve used Positive Plumbing, Heating and Air for years now. Alex first installed a new AC compressor for our own home. Then my mom needed a new furnace, new ducts, etc so Alex did all that for her. Our rental units have needed maintenance, repair and replacement and weve always circled back to Positive. The value, workmanship, quality have always been very good. Alex is an honest, caring, and hardworking professional who I have used for my plumbing AND air conditioning project for many years. He has done so many projects for me: Replacing 17 water valves, the water regulator, and installing a shutoff valve in my 27 year old home. He did a complete installation of a brand new HVAC system including uninstalling the old unit, and testing and optimizing the new one.
He has also done smaller projects for me like fixing a toilet or responding quickly to stop a minor water leak. I am very handy with tools myself, and watching him work inspires me with confidence because he not only does a great job, but he also checks his own work multiple times.pure quality.when Alex is done, you know everything works perfectly. Alex is an exceptional plumbing/heating/AC professional. I originally called him for my AC which he repaired and serviced promptly and efficiently. Then, i had him visit my rental property for annual AC maintenance. Next, I had him install shower fixtures. Most recently, I had him come out for an EMERGENCY call on Sunday morning at 7 am! He was there to access the situation within an hour.
