Sean & James were fantastic! Great customer service from phone to in person. The furniture for our non-profit that supports young families with little kids had a lot of stain, and they made the pieces look fantastic! With the natural treatmenta they use, there is no chemical smell or concerns with having children or families around. All around great! Thank you!

If youre looking for a carpet cleaning business who CAN get your pet stains/smell out, these are your guys! I have hired other businesses and the smell came back the next day, but NOT with their product. They are very responsive, great customer service, on time, great availability, and absolutely affordable! Cant speak highly enough about them.

This business is fantastic! Shawn was so informative regarding service and price! We had cat urine from an old cat and he completely got rid of that odor and my carpet looks as good as new! After trying every off the shelf product type, and even professional cleaning services. The P.U.R.T. process was the only thing that removed my cat's urine odor from my carpet. Not having to smell that every day is one of the best feelings ever! Thank you Chem-Dry!

Needed our carpets cleaned right before Christmas. Tried calling a few, lucked out when Quality Chem-Dry had a cancelation. Never used them before but we needed HELP. They came out, we discussed trouble areas/stains, they advised the best plan of action, no unwanted extra services/treatments, and they got to work! The result was FANTASTIC and it smelled NICE!
Over a month later.our sparkling clean carpet is holding up! No old stains resurfacing (which is the biggest problem we have) after a week or two - like other cleaning services we have tried. Getting a little more life out of our old carpet. Definitely using them AGAIN! Promised I would post a review - I wanted to put our carpet to the test, first.;) Passed 100%
