Jake showed up on time and measured everything so I would know in advance what the cost would be which I really appreciated. He was very efficient and explained everything he was going to do. I felt very comfortable with Jake's knowledge of his job and the products A-OK Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning offers. The appointment was easy to schedule and to change. After having my carpets cleaned by A-OK for several years, I can find nothing to say except that they do an amazing job, show up when they are supposed to, remove spots that should still be there and handle all aspects of their business with professionalism and courtesy. Their customer service is an example of what we should be able to expect from everyone we do business with locally, but that we seldom find. GREAT JOB ALWAYS!

Caleb was our cleaning technician today. He was very kind and helpful, and so sweet to my kids while they bombarded him with questions and stories! He got my carpets as clean as physically possible and they look great! He helped me move my couch and pick up the debris hidden behind it. Pricing is very fair and he was in and out in about an hour and a half. 10/10

Mike and his son showed up on time, were friendly, and were knowledgeable (they looked at the fiber content of my area rug and knew how to treat it based on the material and they walked me through their different cleaning options and pricing). My beige area rug that formally had all sorts of stains looked like new in just 15 minutes! Will absolutely use them again.

Customer service was great prices are good well better than others and when they say what time they will arrive they sure do and they always call before arrival to make sure the customer is ready and well I have white carpet it's a pain but they made it look brand new and they have helpful hints to keep it up really helped I won't use anyone else period so u can trust these guys
