My carpet had lots of dark stains in the high traffic areas. The technician, Chris, was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and cleaned my carpet to perfection. After calling around to get pricing from several companies I went with DC Chem Dry. The number one reason for my choice was because of Jackie. When I called she was SUPER friendly and professional. Incredible service by Brian and the team. Quoted me a price over the phone and honored it upon arrival. The carpets and rugs came clean and they didn't soak them with water. dry in about an hour. I really appreciated them calling ahead to narrow down the time and showing up when they said they would. Really can't say enough good about Brian. Excellent experience and highly recommended.
