Writing a review as the Patrick Family Chem-Dry team is currently working on-site at our office. Dave had previously visited to provide us a quote, and he is also leading a 3-person team to address all stains acquired over 4 years of commercial use. I can instantly see the exact line where their equipment has already cleaned, especially in the high-volume traffic areas.
They also do spot cleaning where there are specific spills. Since we are a business with employees, they scheduled the work to start at 5PM when most of our team have headed home to ensure there was minimal disruption, and maximum results. Sorry that I had held out this long to clean our carpets, but glad that we got the right company to do the job. I spoke with Dave to setup a yearly appointment to maintain our carpets for the long-term.

Ive always used Chem-Dry for my cleaning needs. No one does bettersorry to everyone else. Teresa on the phone was so accommodating and her customer service skills are amazing. Robert showed up- equally as accommodating. Very pleasant and courteous. My sofas look great, I literally cant say enough. Ive been waiting for the day I would need them.

ChemDry came to my home and got out the blue raspberry lemonade stain on our couch. They were honest from the beginning and upfront about all costs before starting the work. Our couch looks like new! I highly recommend Patrick Family Chem-Dry! When I called, there was a friendly voice waiting to assist me. I needed a carpet shampooed ASAP (I'm a Realtor and I could not list the home with the carpet in the condition it was). They were able to come out the following morning and completed the work quickly. The carpet looks fantastic, the service person couldn't have been nicer. Spoke with Teresa on the phone for booking and scheduling, and worked with Dave and Rob on site and could not have asked for better service! Extremely responsive and attentive! Had large living room carpet cleaned (including pet spots), as well as 2 smaller area rugs, All came out fantastic!
They even gave recommendations for future care and maintenance. The carpets havent looked better since they were bought! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer when needed again!
