Weve had our carpets cleaned twice with Chem-Dry. Both times they have done a wonderful job with excellent customer service. They were flexible and had great communication leading up to our cleaning times. Our carpets are very light colored, and the cleaning left them looking like new. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for great service.

Scheduling was easy and Paula answered all of my questions. The employee who cleaned the carpet was timely, friendly, and efficient. He shared about other services that are offered (hard surface and furniture cleaning). The carpet that was cleaned looks fantastic. I will absolutely be using Chem Dry again!

Really good experience. They aren't the cheapest in town, but they are really responsive, professional, and they do a great job. If you are looking for a good clean, I recommend using them. My carpets were a mess and now they look way better.

Seriously, look no further, these guys are the ones you are looking for. Next time I need my apartment floors or vehicle upholstery cleaned, Ill know just who to call. Great job guys! My carpets look brand new. It felt great to walk in to my apartment; finally feels like my apartment is clean. By the way, it is nice to not have to wait so long for the carpets to dry.

We had two elderly cats who in their final days became incontinent. Chem-dry came and worked diligently to clean the carpet and the upholstery. He stayed till almost 7 pm making sure to finish the job before he left. He even got down on his hands and knees to wipe up residue from the cleaner on the floor. He was very thorough and my house is clean again. I'm very happy.

After a frightful try to clean my own carpets, (after my dog had an accident, well a few) I called Cascade ChemDry and they were able to bump me up on their schedule and get it done. Everything looks great from carpets, throw rugs and upholstery on dining chairs! So thankful for the help and the pleasant, knowledgeable and reliable service!
