We had some heavy soiling of our carpets with 4 kids and 2 dogs. The gentleman from Chem Dry showed up promptly, he was masked and very professional. I thought we would have to buy new carpets, but I wanted to try this first. The carpets look AMAZING. Really brand new. It didn't take long and it was very affordable. I will definitely use again.

After being let down by COIT and another company (they never showed up to the scheduled appointments), I was feeling desperate and hopeless about finding a good company to clean my couch. I called Chem-Dry and they were very polite and their pricing was awesome! Gary came out and cleaned my couch and I was amazed at how quick and efficient he was.
I am so satisfied with this family-owned business and have already recommended them to many people. My couch has been restored after being damaged by urine, and I couldn't be more pleased!

I only use Chem Dry because it's the most effective for the length it keeps the carpet clean, and it's far less harsh than steam cleaning, allowing for longer carpet life. But beyond that, this company is run by gentlemen who I genuinely enjoy when it's time for them to come. Great service, great clean, and even better people, and I appreciate great people! We recently bought a house and the sellers left it very dirty especially the basement carpet. We planned to remodel the first floor so we were going to live in the basement. Replacing basement carpet was not in our budget. I asked around about carpet cleaning companies. My friends daughter said we should give Chem-Dry of Louisville a try. She used them and was very pleased.
I didn't think the very soiled carpet could be cleaned to satisfy me but I gave them a try and couldn't believe the good results. Chem-Dry did a great job. He was very thorough and I didn't have soaking wet carpet. It dried very quickly and budget friendly.

They actually arrived ten minutes early for a mid-day appointment! They came in, got right to work and cleaned a lot of carpet in about two hours time -- and a great job. Our stairways looked the best they've looked in a long time.
