Our realtor recommemded Omar and his team. They provided excellent service and great communication. Omar scheduled us in right away to clean the carpets on our new home before we moved in our furnishings. The tech showed up right on time, gave us an affordable price up front, and offered some options. He was friendly and worked hard removing stains. The carpets look beautiful!

Omar helped us restore some very very smelly, cigarette smoke-infused persian rugs recently. He collected them from us, worked carefully and diligently to clean them, made sure to keep us informed when issues arose (pet urine stains p.u.), and returned them to us neatly rolled and ready to display. We are very pleased with the results and are happy to recommend his services!

I struggled to find a company who could come out and clean my carpet in a timely manner until I called ChemDry! They came out the very next day and even worked with my work schedule. Darren was my technician and he was extremely helpful, he called before hand to make sure that the time worked for me and showed up on time when it did! I shampooed this carpet 3 times myself and could not get the smell out. Well, Darren was able to get my carpets cleaner than new and my house smells so good again! I will not be using a different company in the future, HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Darren from Chem-Dry of Tri-Cities was the tech who came to clean our carpets. He was on-time, professional, and very fast but very detailed. After Darren had cleaned two rooms and the stairs, it looked amazing (just like brand new) and the price was awesome! I was very much impressed especially since three kids and a large dog use these rooms and stairs all the time, over 6 years. Darren had them looking like new in no time flat. I will for sure use them again in the near future and will specifically ask for Darren.

Omar hands down should be a manager of this company. Very knowledgeable of all services and treatments. Also gave recommendations to ensure I was taking the right steps to preserve my carpet. Ive had a few carpet cleaning companies within the last 4 years and Chem-Dry of Tri-Cities is the one company that Ive use twice in a row. wont go back to the others, Chem-Dry is going to be used for now on for sure. Jordan was profesional, called ahead to inform was on his way, took his time, informed us of all the programs and deals the company offers, great deals, didnt push any upgrades on me or my wife, let us chose what we were looking for. I was very impressed, they called when they were on there way and showed up 10 min early. They cleaned a couch, stairs and one room for me before the Thanksgiving Holliday. They sanitized and pet cleaned the room of cat stains and sanitized my stairs and the couch. Everything looks amazing, clean and smells fresh like oranges. It also pleases me that they use certified biodegradable cleaners so no harsh chemicals or residue to stay behind and VERY safe for my kids and pets.
Also not only did they get me in before all my family comes over but they were able to get the job done early enough that I didnt have to be late for work. Thank you Chem Dry!

We bought a house with cream colored carpet and it had very noticeable brown track marks from where the previous owners walked. The carpet looks brand new and smells AMAZING! Smells fresh without a super strong odor. I called and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Not only does the carpet look great, but I dont have to worry about my little ones absorbing the toxic chemicals, as their products are all green and non toxic with no dirt attracting residue. We had a roommate move out recently who had gum in the carpet and a terrible odor left behind. Chemdry came this morning (a day after we called) and not only is the carpet as good as new, I let them know our cat was put away and they offered to let her out when they left since we were at work. I felt like they took great care of our home and went above and beyond! He even left us a spot cleaner! 100% would recommend!

My carpets were relatively clean as I have a high standard for keeping them from shoe traffic, food spills, and clutter. I really just expected a good result with a process I thought was interesting so that I could see their quality and standard of workmanship. What I returned home to see were a brightness in my carpets I never had seen before. Some areas of stains I couldn't remove myself from a dog with a chocolate incident were completely clean. My furniture was moved and the carpet cleaned under it as well. Amazing brilliant job!

Ok. Very impressed. We had our carpet and tile cleaned today. I was a bit skeptical based on previous experience with a competitor on our tile. Chem-Dry nailed it. The tile was cleaned well and all the way to the base boards. Can't thank the crew(Ryan and Jordan) enough for a job well done!

Chem Dry of Tri Cities is by far the best outfit in town. I called last minute to schedule an appointment for a Saturday and they couldnt have been more helpful. The owner Omar made sure that we were taken care of on the day and time we needed and when his guys showed up they were very polite and professional. Not to mention our carpets look brand new. Im a homeowner with roommates. We had a roommate destroy our carpet (literally not one square inch was clear of trash, moldy food, or some sort of stale liquid). I thought it was unsalvagable but I wanted to give it a shot. Omar was easy to reach and best part he was available the very next day! Needless to say the carpets look brand new and the room smells great. Great prices too! Recommend to anyone

Chem dry cleaned a recliner i had gave up on so well it looks like new! my carpets are great i clean them every year. if you dont clean your carpet every year and wait 3-5 years between cleanings its your fault for not taking care of them if they cant get them done like new they are not magicians! the men are professional and on time if you have a emergency they will get you in asap! i highly recomend them! also no harsh chemicals for pets! thank you chem dry! omar, jordan, wyatt and evan you rock!

Max, and associate did a fantastic job on our carpets! We have two dogs that were NOT happy about all the snow we got this winter, and deatroyed our carpets. Now they are super clean, and smelling fantasic. Would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!
