Jonathan from Chem-Dry was amazing. He was on time and although efficient, never rushed. His work was precise and thorough. And, he was personable and easy to communicate with. The process they use removed ALL the smells from our dog and saved a very expensive Persian rug we thought was ruined. I would unconditionally recommend this company and Jonathan in particular to anyone!

Can I just re-run my review from last year? Yes I'm a repeat customer which is the best review you can give any business! Last time it was furniture upholstery cleaning, this time it was carpets. Eastside did an outstanding job considering the state of the carpets especially in my home office. I'll be back again next year.

East side Chem Dry cleaned a long fiber shaggy type rug that had pet urine smell. The rug was totally cleaned and anything that was squirreled into the long fiber rug were extracted.
