I called Chem-Dry of New Mexico to clean our charter aircraft carpets, the tech was attentive to our aircrafts needs and was able to perform a High quality cleaning around very expensive components.

From the first interaction everyone was so helpful explaining the cleaning process. My carpets came out great it was just unfortunate that the PERT treatment is so expensive that it was not an option but so far my carpets look cleaner

I scheduled a quote to clean cat pee from my carpet. I was willing to pay the cleaning charge; however, he recommended I dont bother cleaning the carpet due to the nature of cats and that they will usually come back and pee again after its been cleaned. He was honest and encouraged me to not use his service since it might be a waste of my money.

They cleaned all the tile and grout in our main living areas and bathrooms, and it looks great. They also cleaned 2 area rugs and 2 couches and those came out very nice as well. The two guys that came were professional, courteous, and worked very hard!

I live in Santa Fe and have been a long-time customer of the Santa Fe area Chem-Dry office. Zach came to my home and had excellent super customer service oriented skills. He was very friendly and listened to where to focus the most time, how many spots to check out and most important to me: put all my furniture and pillows back exactly where they were originally before he left due to my having lower back issues and could not do it myself later when the areas were more dry.
He instead put down the furniture raising blocks that could easily be removed later on by me. He also brought in a towel to wipe down any wet spots so I would not slip on them later. I will definitely ask for him again when I need Chem-Dry's services. I especially like this company since i have asthma and never have to worry about chemical smells lasting after other similar services leave.

Maliq was amazing! He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was professional in his mannerisms and the way he conducted the service. He took great care to remove spots and time to clean high traffic areas. When Maliq left my carpets looked brand new. I am do pleased with the work he did and this company. We've used chem-Dry for three years now. They aren't the cheapest but I love them because my carpets dry in one day (we usually have them come in Sept). We have a ceiling fan, but no other fans and just leaving the windows open with our AC fan running all day does the trick and carpets are dry about the time my kids come home from school (3pm and they come at 8am).
With four kids, we can't wait for days for our carpets to dry. Steven is always professional and very thorough. We pay about $1100 for our 2 story 2800 square foot house (1500 is carpet) including the tip and taxes and everything, and that's for the highest quality tier.

I was having my car seats $ a tiny condo cleaned. It was easy to book over the phone & the pricing was good. When the man arrived it was snowing out but he was kind and easy to work with even though he had to clean the car in the cold. He also have me 3 pricing structures and explanations so I knew exactly what I was getting. All around, it was a great experience & Ill use them again.

Great customer service, on-time and very professional. The house needed some serious time as the previous owners had a problem with pets wetting the carpet. It was not cheap; but, they resolved the odor and cleaned the carpet very well. Two things that they did not do were the easiest, they did not put the throw carpet back nor the coffee table back in place. Not a big deal but I cannot move things back due to being in a wheelchair. I would have given 4.5 if it were possible.

We have a sofa with a pull out bed in it that has been a guest bed and cat bed for many years. It had a lot of staining on the sofa and some light stains on the bed. The technician worked especially hard to get as much of the stains out as he could. The mattress looks great and the blackest spot on one of the arms is nearly gone. He did a great job.
We had a headboard for a queen sized bed with sweat stains that he went over twice and it looks almost as good as new. The stains are so light that they will be invisible once you put pillows on the bed. Our other sofa and chair are pet hair and stain free thanks to the wonderful work of their technician. I am extremely pleased with how everything looks.
