Your company recently tore down, redesigned and constructed a front door entry to our home as well as resided the facade. My compliments to you and the work crew. They were courteous, prompt and cleaned up the area after completion. We were very satisfied with the construction, and your company.
Completely agree with the other review that was given. The workers were great and did great work. It was years ago that our patio was done, but half way through the job, we were asked for the remainder of our payment, which was originally due upon completion of the project. When my husband told the owner no, the owner then got rude on the phone. There was also a lifetime warranty on our patio and last summer a brick on the steps broke off. When we called last summer we were told it's their busy season and someone would be out at some point to fix it. Understandable that it was the busy season, but nobody ever showed. Here we are this summer with a step that is still broken, and a safety hazard. Every time we call, we either get no answer, or someone says they'll come to fix it and then nobody shows. Huge disappointment as we spent a lot of money to have this patio done. Never use this company if you want proper follow up.
Great workers. But the way it's ran it is like dealing with two separate companies. You someone who pitches the deal to you and makes you sign the contract an then you have the contractor who doesn't know what you even signed. They do great work but that's because they have great workers.
