I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I recently purchased a home that I was sure the carpet couldnt be saved. It smelled like dog and cigarette smoke and was filthy. The guys that came out were very professional and very knowledgeable. They worked on the carpet until they had it squeaky clean and now my house smells so good! I highly recommend this company!

Our dog pulled down a grocery bag and ate a dozen of raw eggs. 24 hours later she had a huge bowel movement on the master carpet. Between that and a couple of months of revenge peeing on the carpet had us fearing the worst. Our carpet is only a year old and we had no intentions of having to replace it any time soon! I reached out to Chem-Dry through their website and was immediately contacted the next day.
They fit us into their schedule (for which we are eternally grateful) and came out the following day. Andrew used a black light to find all the spots (it was worse than I thought), explained how the treatment works and what products they would be using. A couple of hours later it was done. We are SO PLEASED with the work they did and their prices were very reasonable. Thank you Andrew/Drew for everything! We will absolutely will be using yall in the future! I wouldnt recommend any other place in the area over ChemDry of Knoxville. When it comes to services like this, you want to have somebody who you know you can trust for the job. From the get go, I could tell this was the right place. The results prove my initial feelings right. Many other places will promise you the world and not deliver. David and Sam cleaned my living room furniture, and I was very pleased with it. First, they communicated well, second, they were right on time, third, they were very friendly, respectful, and very professional. Ive used a different cleaning service in the past, and they dont hold a candle to Chem-Dry. I looked at my pet- stained couch and thought they could never fix it, but they did! Our carpet was 20 plus years old and we do cat rescue so we have had many cats over the years and still have a lot. It looks like we have new carpets now, Im not exaggerating. We have used chem dry for our rental property as well and had excellent service there too. I would recommend using CHEM DRY.

ChemDry transformed our carpets! We have two puppies and they made it look brand new! Andrew came out and he and a colleague were finished probably in under an hour and a half and they were dry shortly after. I highly recommend well worth it! I have now seen proof that Andrew can take the worst tile floors and shower and turn it back into something that is clean and pretty again! Amazing work! Andrew and Sam did a great job! Our carpets are 26 years old and we raised 5 kids and even more pets! The carpets look fresh and clean! Even the stairs! We can put off replacing them a few more years! We will call ChemDry again and use also for rental property.

Andrew and his crew took a couch and recliner that had been sitting in my basement for months during our recent remodel. Andrew made them look brand new again! We acquired a used leather sectional that was in a desperate need of a professional deep cleaning. The previous owner had dogs and birds that flew around the house that necessitated the professional deep cleaning. Most professional furniture cleaners do not service true leather furniture. I contacted ChemDry of Knoxville and they did an amazing job at revitalizing a neglected leather sectional that has many more years of use ahead. From my initial call with Krystal through the estimate (very reasonable) and service provided by Andrew, we could not be more satisfied the results. Impressive!

Andrew and his company cleaned my carpets, some large wool area rugs and an upholstered recliner. Everything looks great. I was seriously considering just replacing the carpet but I decided to give having it cleaned a try. It is 20 year old carpet and it looks new. I was literally blown away by how good it looks.
