Called SOS for a leaky water heater, Stuart arranged for Austin to come for an evaluation on Thanksgiving Day without an extra holiday charge. Austin came in the am did the estimate and was able to come Black Friday morning to start the replacement of my 30+ year old water heater. Austin was very professional, dressed clean and very polite. I believe his helper was Jason?
He too was professional, polite and clean. I was informed of any hiccups they encountered with the leak. They had to set up a temporary location for the new water heater until a restoration company could come an assess the issues. They made sure I had hot water before they left and will return to complete the job once the restoration is done. I would highly recommend this company.

Jason showed up on time, was very respectful and efficient. I would highly recommend Jason and Vent Gator. He did a thorough job and wonderful about answering all of my questions. He was very cautious of the promises, of my property, and explained everything to me. He knew I was concerned because my husband has Asthma and made sure each vent/duct was thoroughly sanitized. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend Vent Gator/Jason to anybody and everybody.

Tenant called that their new dryer was not drying clothes properly. It turned out to be a clogged dryer vent (potential fire hazard). The clog was caused by a metal grate placed in dryer vent that was not supposed to be there. Vent Gator removed metal grate and cleaned up the situation--Tenants were happy with the service and the dryer now dries their clothes.

Jason came on time for dryer vent cleaning. He was polite, sweet, pleasant, and professional. He checked the dryer and the tube and checked the ventilation. Stated since it was a short tube it didn't need cleaning and it was working perfectly. I asked how much I owed him( since he came and checked it anyhow). He said " nothing ". I was in the area anyways".
He explained why a dryer would need cleaning and all of that; and he didn't charge me! I so recommend him for anyone to do this kind of services; he is trustworthy, honest, professional, kind, punctual, and knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure meeting him even if I didn't need the service after all. It's such a delight meeting someone with all of the above characteristics. It honestly made my day.

Super professional and thorough! I bought a house that was basically a party bachelor pad and it needed work, I'm so glad I had a professional clean the dryer vent because it was raining lint when the job started. There was also a ton of hair stuck that was removed. Jason made sure it was perfectly clear and installed a new dryer hose thingie. Then he cleaned up all the lint, leaving no mess behind.
I also want to add that my autistic toddler was running around stimming and Jason was very understanding and sweet to my kiddo. Setting up an appointment was easy and I did it all through text.
