I reached out to Spencer for a prevailing wage project and we were blown away with how easy it was to work with him. We had numerous hiccups along the way ( not due Demo Patrol ) and he was quick and efficient with his responses. We had two buildings 3500 square feet in total with raised foundations that needed to be demolished and the land graded. Spencer's team completed the project in 6 days and we passed the final inspection on the first try. If another project comes up of this caliber I will be calling Demo Patrol immediately.

I hired JP to do some demo and trash removal, and I was not disappointed. The young men that arrived were on time, polite, and very hard-working. They did an excellent job, going above and beyond my expectations. They left the site neat and clean. Would absolutely use again.

Had a house with heavy fire damage. I needed some one to clean up the mess and clear the site. 1800 sq ft house with a lot of debris and a burned up RV trailer. Did some shopping around and found a competitive price from Junk Patrol. All the people I talked to at JP were quite young and eager to get the job. I had some trepidation wondering what kind of experience these guys had with this type of project.
As it turned out they came through in spades. Showed up on time with the right equipment. Worked their way through the job, hauled away everything, raked the site clean and were gone in two days. Organized and well run, a very satisfactory job.

I gave Demo Patrol a call a couple weeks back and got to speak with Spencer. He's actually the owner of the company and managed the whole process of my job. Felt really cool having that personal touch and ownership. I had an old falling apart horse structure on my property in Grass Valley that needed to be taken out. The guys came out and had it demo'd in a couple hours. They left the places cleaner than they found it. I'm psyched with the results and would use these guys again.

The guys at Demo Patrol took care of me. Spencer talked with me on the phone to get everything set up and it turns out he's the owner. Nice touch, appreciated his professionalism and presence. They were priced fairly, not high or low, but their communication and effort really stood out from company's I've used in the past. Things went quick and now I don't have the eye sore in my yard anymore. If I get more demo needs I'll use them again. Cheers guys
