Very happy with our entire experience with Reflection Windows, from sales (Norma) to the installation team (Chase and Nick). A very professional team! Chase and Nick went above and beyond to make sure that the 6 new large tempered double glass windows, required in our high-rise apartment, would fit in our old metal window frames. We worked with Reflection Windows & Doors to replace an old, ugly, and ill-fitting sunroom door-and we were really glad we did! From setting up an appointment with Norma, to consulting and working with Michael to design our door, to working with the door installers on the day of, the process was smooth, transparent, and effective. We're really happy with the way our door turned out, and we look forward to working with Reflection again down the road for eventual window replacement and other house needs.

This was my second project completed by Reflection. We replaced all the windows in our house several years ago. We were quite pleased with their work at that time so I requested a quote for a new sliding patio door with a doggie door inserted at the factory. The quote was satisfactory and the door has been installed. Salesman Michael, Coordinator Maria and installers Eddie and Levi were all terrific to work with.
The installation went smoothly and the work area was cleaned up after the work was done. I am more than pleased with the door - a great improvement over an after market insert that is drafty and reduces the width of the opening.

John Grandleinard was phenomenal. He was attentive, respectful and informative. When he came to give us our initial bid he was extremely helpful and thorough. He answered all our questions, continued to do so for some time after until we made our decision. Unfortunately, a friend of ours also works in the window industry and was able to get us a very reduced price which we just had to take. John was very understanding throughout, never giving the impression that we wasted his time. On our next project we'll certainly go with John at Reflection.

I recently had my windows installed by Reflection Windows. They installed 13 Anlin windows and they did an excellent job. I had gotten three quotes total and their pricing was right in the middle, but very fair. K post The installers were very professional, cleaned up after, and they showed me how to remove them to clean them before leaving. The sales rep from the beginning never pressured me, and the office kept me updated. I will definitely use them to finish my remaining windows hopefully next year.

We live on the 10th floor in a condo that had the original windows that were 20 years old. We reached out to Reflection windows for complete window replacement and we were very happy we went with them. John was our sales person and he worked with us, understanding that our new windows had to look the same as the old to comply with the HOA guidelines.
We told him our issues of hearing wind, west facing sun, and noise since we are in the Golden Triangle area and close to the hospital. He recommended the kind we needed and he also ensured everything met our HOA guidelines. He was also patient as we went through the HOA approval process. Once the time came to install, we had Jesse and since we were on the 10th floor we needed experts to hang outside - so they also brought in two experts who were able to work on ropes outside the building.
The installation was two full days. Removing the old windows required a lot of care, but they did an excellent job. After installing the new windows, Jesse hung from the outside to do the caulking and other fine work needed. Jesse also did an excellent job on all the cleanup and haul off, ensuring everything was done correctly and to the standards the HOA required. I highly recommend the team. Ask for John and Jesse.

From start to finish we had a great experience. John, Michael, Jeremy, Brian, and Corey are the best! There was no high pressure sales pitch. The only hard part was waiting the 12 weeks to get my beautiful windows! This was not any fault of this company, it's the manufacturers delay. The installation was smooth and I can't stop looking at my beautiful new windows!

Cannot say enough positive things about reflection windows! The initial consultation with John went extremely well. I was told the best possible window and door solution for my situation, given by far the most reasonable price of the numerous quotes I received, and felt no pressure or sales tactics to get me to sign. The actual installation took a bit longer to coordinate, but this was not the fault of reflection windows, and Michael did a tremendous job of communicating the timeline and keeping me in the loop. Was impressed with the quality of the installation performed by Scott as well. Would highly recommend reflection windows and will not hesitate to utilize them again for future window/door installation needs!

Process was great from start to finish. I received several quotes for the same windows and doors with prices ranging from $34k to $15k. John provided the best pricing, Mike helped with financing, and Salvador and Eddy were great on the install. The two of them were able to complete the project within the scheduled timeframe, they left everything clean when they departed each day, even walked the outside to make sure the dog wouldn't pick up something. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again for Phase 2 for the rest of the windows.

John Grandlienard assisted in the sale and was very knowledgeable. Reflection had the best prices on Anlin and Milgard out of the quotes I received and provided tremendous value. The install team did a great job, but there were a few issues we caught after the fact. Jeremy and Reflection did a great job addressing the concerns, and I was quite impressed with their ability to resolve the problems and ensure 100% satisfaction. I would recommenced them for door installs.
