Complete explanation of process before beginning. Technician was able to remove a large stain where a can of coke had been spilled. My carpets look new. Very satisfied with Chem-Dry. Will recommend to my family, friends, & neighbors!

Tony was courteous and fully explained details about my furniture and stain removal. He listened attentively and responded to all my questions. I was pleased to know that "Chem dry " does not use harsh chemicals that would harm pets or children. I told him the company that owns the franchise needs to change its name as I almost did not call your company as I was turned off by the name " Chem dry " thinking it was perhaps using strong chemicals in its cleaning formulas. Tony assured me he was not. The chaise and ottoman look better as does the chair. I'm very satisfied. Tony is a great representative of tge company. I will recommend you to friends.

Really let our carpets get dirty with some staining and pet accidents. Guys showed up and cleaned the entire house in a little over an hour. Nice guys, professional and good at what they do. Carpets look better than I had expected due to the condition and age. They did a great job.

Paul called 20 minutes before our appointment, and then showed right on time. Paul and Ryan introduced themselves and ran down the requests of the services and the time it would take to complete them. after the work was done, Paul gave me the final instructions and they picked up their supplies and left. I had received the paid invoice within minutes by email. I am very happy with the whole process from making the appointment to the completed job.

These guys are great! Great product really nice service. They were on time, explained everything well, gave me the quote ( I had a value pack discount) and were in an out in a couple hours. I wish I could have seen the dirt come out of the hose but I can feel how clean everything is now. I will do again next spring.

I was thrilled with your service today. I had a dark tea stain on my light beige rug. I tried to get it out myself without any luck. I have family coming over after Easter brunch and was panicking. They removed the stain and you would never know it was there! They also did my kitchen floor. It looks brand new. The grout is white again. Thank you Chem Dry. I won't use anyone else.

Amazing service! They came out the same day as my inquiry. Our carpet smells and looks great now; And most importantly, All the dog pee is gone! Paul and bryce were phenomenal! So kind and friendly. I highly recommend them and this company. My dogs, cat, and baby really liked them too.

ChemDry has been coming to clean my carpets for years. They have been timely, polite, and trustworthy. Brandon has been coming the past few years and he has done a wonderful job, my carpets are clean, fresh and ready for the holidays. This year he also cleaned my in-laws home and was very understanding about working with a person with dementia and took great care with them and cleaning their carpets. I'm looking forward to their next visit.

I must admit that during covid and after, I hadn't had the time to have it cleaned until yesterday. I give the guy credit for doing it all by himself and in a timely manner. This was my first time using this company and I have to say by far the best company I ever had for carpet cleaning. More expensive than other companies but used extra cost for pet urine/stain treatment. I had areas treated for pet urine/stains, most all taken care of the first visit, I was concerned that there was still a faint odor left and a couple of stains that were not completely gone.
I called with my concerns joe came back and got the stains out and retreated the urine odors. Joe did an incredible job! Office staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Janet Joe did an incredible job.

We needed to have carpets in three rooms, stairs and a hallway cleaned. Chem-Dry was able to schedule us within a week of our request, arrived on time, clearly explained what they recommended as far as treatment for each area, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. I will definitely use them in the future, and recommend them to friends and family.

I cannot recommend Chem-Dry more highly for water damage cleanup! Our area had been hit by record breaking torrential rain on a Saturday. We came into our office on Monday morning to find collapsed ceiling tiles, soaked carpeting, and standing water on some of the desks. Chem-Dry responded immediately, brought in 3 large blowers and a huge dehumidifier.
It took 3 days to finish the process, ending with a complete cleaning of our carpet. During that time they stopped in to check on progress and always called ahead to let us know when they'd arrive and they always arrived when they said they would -- or even sooner! The techs Joe and John were very pleasant to work with as was Sherry in the office. I would give them 10 stars if I could!
