Great, consistent professional cleaning and service. Carpets dry more rapidly than with other vendors. ChenDry uses a solution/process nontoxic to pets. Great for soaking/cleaning antique fabrics and upholstered furniture. Have been a customer for eighteen years without any complaints.

A friend had used ChemDry so we decided to give it a try. Cayden worked very hard on cleaning our two sofas that were "performance fabric" but nevertheless had water stains and dog hair and oils. They now look like new! He did such a fantastic job in first applying anti browning then cleaning them thoroughly and putting a protectant. We will highly recommend ChemDry!

I called Mountain View Chem Dry based on the reviews i read and recommendations posted on Next Door. The carpets were old and stained and I didn't have much hope. I don't think Chandler did either when he saw them. We were both surprised how good they looked after. He gave me my options and prices up front and went over what he would do. I would highly recommend Chem Dry and Chandler!

I selected Chem Dry because they used the closest technique to my Kirby cleaning system. My carpet drys quickly and my padding isn't saturated with chemical. The technician Jakobe Brown has been assigned to my house for each of my services. He has done an exceptional job. He pays attention to the details, works profeciently and diligently. He make sure the customer is satisfied before he leaves the home. He is passionate about his job and it shows in the work he performs.

This is the first time we have used this service, I would definitely use Chem-Dry again they have a great service and good people. Specifically, Seth who walked us through the best way to handle the things we needed to be cleaned while we were going through a renovation project. He went above and beyond. Jacobi was our replacement technician. Our job was delayed. We were kept informed on status. They sent Jacobi so our service could be done in a timely manner. He was so professional, courteous, compassionate. My husband has mobility issues and he did several dry passes so the carpet was just damp. He didn't want my husband falling. When a tree hit my home, and the floors were very wet from rain and storm, I knew my Persian rugs would have to be cleaned. Mountainview Chem-Dry gave my rugs excellent care and cleaning. I so appreciate how they picked them up, cleaned them, delivered them, and then, put them back on the (repaired) floors of my home. This company provides excellent, personal service.

Angel was very professional while still being extremely personable. He was easy to work with, explained all the options they offered and did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our grout and carpet. FYI - they also offer upholstery cleaning. We were devastated at the thought of getting rid of our velvet, tufted RH couch and chairs when we move due to puppy stains but Angel made our living room furniture look new again. I am extremely pleased with the work of ChemDry and would highly recommend them for any deep cleaning needs.

Being a general contractor it can be a challenge to find the right subcontractor for your clients needs. Mountainview Chem-Dry was contracted to resurface the natural stone floor in the master bath of one of my clients. Dave and his team were very professional and courteous and took great care to inform and educate my client on the process that would take place.
They also took great care to protect the other areas of the home that were affected by the work that was being performed. While the stone was being resurfaced there were continual updates to the client and myself on the progress of the project. Once the job was complete the client and myself were very pleased with the outcome of the stone finish as it far surpassed our expectations.
I will continue to use and recommend Mountainview Chem-Dry for any of my tile resurfacing needs as they have proved themselves competent, professional, courteous and best of all reasonably priced! Thanks again Dave and Mountainview Chem-Dry!

My experience with Chem-Dry was wonderful. I have a very, very large bathroom with lots of floor space. I was having trouble with residue on the floor that I found difficult to remove. There were areas that were in plain view and unsightly. I called Chem-Dry and they cleaned my floor incredibly well. It's spotless and beautiful. There are no areas of dirt, residue or grime.
I'm so pleased. The person who cleaned my floor was professional and courteous and carefully cleaned my floor, three area rugs as well as three small rugs in an afternoon.
