Very Professional and friendly, he did a wonderful Job, no harsh chemicals natural for pets, a little more money but the carpet dries within a couple of two three hours, the cleaning process they do doesn't soak your carpet and pad and that's why we went with this company instead of a regular carpet shampooer company. They will explain to you the whole process and what the difference is. Recommend this company highly.

This was the first time that I used Chem-Dry and I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with their service. From first making an appointment with Brandy and then having Roger perform the cleaning their service was second to none. Both Brandy and Roger were very professional and explained the cleaning process in detail. My carpet now looks brand new and I will not hesitate in using their service again when needed. What great service! Contacted chem dry mid day after returning home to a liquid poo farm on our carpet from a sick dog. Michelle was able to come by around 5pm and clean it entirely within about 45 minutes. It was amazing! Great price too

We have almost 1200 square feet of slate flooring, and don't believe the previous owner(s) ever gave the floors a professional cleaning. After gathering three estimates, we were sold on the professionalism and experience of Chem-Dry of Bend. And, we could not be more pleased with the results! The slate looks almost brand new! Roger is a thorough perfectionist, and spent whatever time necessary to get the job done right. They saved the day! I had a wonderful experience with Chem-Dry with customer service/scheduling and the technician. I came home to a pet mess disaster at lunchtime and they managed to get me a same day appointment. All services and options were clearly explained, the prices were fair, and my carpets looked and smelled great afterwards. The technician was super friendly, polite, and professional. I used Chem-Dry for over 10 years when I lived in Bend. They always did a perfect job, were friendly, kept their appointments on time, answered any and all questions. I cannot imagine a better service company than Roger and his excellent crew at Chem-Dry.

Chem-Dry of Bend has been cleaning our carpets for over 10 years both at our home and our rental home. They have been meticulous, trustworthy, professional and friendly! We have had a handful of special pet-related jobs with dogs and cats, that were beyond our ability to deal with and Chem-Dry of Bend handled each situation with great satisfaction.
I look to work with service providers in my home who are honest, trustworthy, reliable and are really good at what they do. I have had this experience every time I have worked with Chem-Dry of Bend and this is why I call them each time our carpets need cleaning.
