I've called twice since 2022. Both times they showed up super quick and diagnosed my problems honestly. They were very easy fixes so they taught me what to look for next time to save me time and money. It was so worthwhile I bought a service plan! Highly recommend. Looking at this company with all of these five star reviews normally I think it's fake. But I called anyway, and wow am I glad that I did! Irving came out and explained everything perfectly. Their prices are reasonable and service is top notch!

7-20-24 Called Autum AC Company on a Saturday for an AC unit maintenance issue. Fabian sent over Irving within a few hours. Irving diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor and replaced the capacitor with a new component and restored the AC unit to operation. Irving was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of AC operation and explained why the part that went bad.
Of the three AC companies I called for service on a Saturday, Autumm AC had the lowest diagnosis fee and was able to respond the quickest. That's a win in my book! With an aging AC unit that has well exceeded its expected life span, at some point we'll contract with Autum AC to replace our unit.

Fortunate enough to be in a position to buy a new home but realized I no longer had my UV germicidal lamp for my daughter and her allergy needs. One call and I had a new UV lamp installed the same day. Thank you once again Autumn air conditioning. You guys are great! Old House: Needed a simple A/C tune up and found out I needed a UV germicidal lamp kit due to the black mold build up. Honestly I would have never known this was an issue and my 7 yr old daughter has bad allergies that require her to use a nebulizer who knows if the mold issue was causing her problems as well. Any way thank you to Autumn air conditioning and heating for taking care of the issue. Much appreciated!

I have never been more impressed by a company's professionalism and punctuality 30 minutes after we called a technician showed up and shortly after the owner of the company came to do some trouble shooting on my unit. They explained everything step by step and got my unit up and going within an hr. If your looking for a 10 star rated company go no further as they will be our A/C company from now on

Fabian replaced a capacitor in my unit. Now the A/C is working. He showed up a couple hours after I called, he check the condenser and replaced the capacitor in less than an hour. I called in the evening to see if they could assist with my old busted unit. Fabian was there literally 20 mins after I called and did way more diagnostics than the previous company that came.
