Anyone I have ever spoken too at the company has been nothing but professional and kind. They are all so sympathetic and understanding. They get rid of our problem and have been so kind and helpful during the whole ordeal. The tech, Jason, is very honest and trustworthy. After I swore the bed bugs came back to circumstances beyond my control instead of charging me for another service he assured me the house was free of bed bugs.
They care more about the customer than trying to make a quick buck. I cannot express to anyone who may be looking for a company that will work with you and not be judgmental this is the company for you! They are quick with responses and will check in after a service. Evan came and inspected my house and inspected for bed bugs and he looked really thoroughly in areas like the living room. I was really suffering from the bites every night so I appreciated how thorough he was being. Then he came a few days later and exterminated and it only took a few hours to heat 2 rooms and then use a chemical. I think its a really good value for the services because you get a 3 month warranty and you get heat and a chemical. And Evan was really nice and professional! Im glad i chose voyd!

Voyd was phenomenal. The staff was quick in setting up our consultation and appointment. The tech was knowledgeable and informative in what the process was and what to expect. A prep list was provided and all clarifying questions were answered promptly. The day of treatment, the tech was punctual, answered additional questions, and kept us informed of how treatment was going and when he finished.
A couple weeks later, I received a follow-up text asking how things have been since treatment. I was very happy to report we have had no issues. This company and their staff are outstanding.

We were dealing with a pretty bad case of bed bugs as we were helping my 90 year old grandma. Jason came out and did a thorough inspection and asked questions as to how they got there. I appreciated the care and concern for this to be resolved since my grandma was involved. He did an excellent job after a heat treatment and a spray there was no more bed bug activity. Now we can all sleep a little easier at night!

I am soooo appreciative of Voyd! If it wasn't for them, I don't know what we would have done. Bed bugs are a nightmare. I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. With replacement of furniture and steps to eradicate these creatures, it cost about 5K, but that beats leaving and starting all over. Voyd is a specialty company for a reason.
