I had a flood in my finished basement because of a refrigerator filter leak. The flood was noticed 2 days after, with the floor covered in water. We were very concerned about mold due to obvious reasons, with our kids spending a lot of time in the basement, etc. We contacted 1-800 Water Damage, Edward arrived and immediately assured us that the water damage will be removed and any mold will be identified and remediated. They took care of all the paperwork needed for my insurance company, they were prompt, professional and took care of all the clean up. They did find mold and removed it. I feel totally comfortable with my children playing the basement after what they've done. Highly recommended!

From the moment they arrived, they put my mind at ease, they worked quickly to assess the damage, they found out the problem was coming from the dishwasher which we didn’t suspect, and they handled everything properly. I had a persistent leak from my bathtub over the course of a long span of time which caused some major issues in my the floor below in the Laundry room. Boris responded quickly to my issues and arrived the same day to assess the situation and responded to any questions or concerns. Boris re-assured me that everything will be alright. He assisted me with the entire process of having to file the insurance claim. Boris got on the phone with the Adjuster and did all the talking for me while all I had to do was confirm some basic address information. Boris and his entire crew were professional, punctual, and cleaned up after their work every day they were at the house. Boris and his team called me every couple of days to provide updates and conduct measurements. They were polite, and always asked if I was going to be home when they wanted to stop by. They accommodated our needs and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I would recommend this service to anyone that needs it.
