I am send this review per the instructions of my sister. Coleman A/C repaired the washer and dryer via AHS. They were on time, made the repairs quickly and they cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Coleman's since I'm having issues with a recently installed, brand new water heater purchased from and installed by another company. Truthfully, I feel taken advantage of by that company, like they just wanted to make a sale, neglecting to properly inspect and diagnose my prior unit. The issues I was having previously have returned. I'm very frustrated and don't want to deal with them again.
I should have known better when the responding tech took less than 5 minutes to mutter, "This heater is bad. This is not a good brand, " despite my previous heater being only 4 years old. I contacted Coleman's A/C Heating & Appliance Repair seeking a professional who would listen carefully to the issues I'm describing and offer sound advice/solutions on how to proceed.
I expected to hear back from Coleman's within a day or two. But my inquiry was responded to quickly. The technician was friendly, listened, and we discussed what could be done to get my hot water going again. It was suggested I contact the company that performed the install since I'm still under warranty. But it was such a negative experience with an inattentive, apathetic tech that I'd rather cut my losses and allow Coleman's to care for my unit.
But I appreciate Coleman's not taking advantage of my situation by suggesting I allow the initial company to make things right. I will follow Coleman's advice. But at the first sign of indifference or rudeness by that other company, I'll call Coleman's out to fix my heater.

We are Edward and Valerie Washington. The Colemans replaced/installed the inside A/C hardware for us. They also fixed the previous technician's outside wiring and put the outside hardware on the concrete pad correctly. This has been an eyesore for over a year. We were very pleased with the end result. They also washed and cleaned up the debris clogging the outside hardware.
A few weeks ago the Colemans came back to ensure we were ready for Winter switching from cold to heat. This week leading into Christmas will be 19 degrees. We are confident that our home is ready, thanks to the Colemans. If you are concerned about your HVAC system definitely give them a call. Colemans is a local family owned business. I was definitely in need to get my central air fixed. The system in the house was the original one from 1982. Coleman's AC Heating came out on time and evaluated my ac system. I needed a whole new unit. Coleman's was able to come back the same day and before nightfall I had entirely new unit. They were very professional and explained everything to me that I needed to know. I definitely recommend Coleman's and I will be calling them when I'm ready to replace my dishwasher!

I needed a complete new split system installed, ac unit, condenser, and furnace. Coleman's gave me the best price with no hidden fees and everything explained upfront. They are the most polite people that I have dealt with in a while. They showed up when they said and gave me an estimate and showed up when they said for the installation. They installed the system in the time frame that they said they would and did an excellent job on the installation with a uv light filter in the plenum. This was done on Dec. 21 right before the single digit temperatures and the heat worked wonderfully. I will do a follow-up when the temperatures get hot enough for the AC. Would highly recommend Coleman's AC Heating & Appliance Repair.

We were first introduced to Coleman AC & Heating when we need a unit replaced at our commercial property. Shortly after, we had a problem come up at our home after our home warranty expired and it was the same issue we'd called in a claim on a few months prior. April was able to explain to us how something had been installed incorrectly (verified by a second opinion) and they rectified the issue and got us up and running in record time!
A year later, our other unit went out and they replaced that while we were out of town. It gives us such peace of mind to have a company that we can trust to not only provide quality service but also so quickly! And during these Mississippi summers, I appreciate that so much! We are customers for life!

The response time was amazing. I received a contact number within 20 mins of my inquiry. When I called to find out the earliest appointment time, I expected to hear at least a week. I was pleasantly surprised when the lady on the phone asked if the next day was fine with me. He showed up within the window that was quoted and immediately fixed the problem. I was expecting to spend a lot more money than he charged me. I appreciate how he was honest with me from the beginning and explained everything he did to fix the problem. I would highly recommend his services!

I am giving a good review based on their communication and response time which was excellent. Just an FYI charges a diagnostic fee ($75) on top of the repair cost (labor and parts). Very pleased with the services rendered by Coleman's A/C Heating and Appliance Repair. From scheduling to completion team was courteous, professional and knowledgable. Once the installation of my new A/C unit was completed, owners provided detailed info on steps taken and provided maintenance tips to help with equipment longevity. They left my space just like they found it. By the time it was over I needed a sweater. I've already shared their contact info with all my family.

This company is THE best In appliance repair. I called them thinking I was going to have to buy a whole new dryer. They came out, fixed the problem and completed the job quickly. I am very impressed with this business! Richard and April were very professional, courteous, and informative from the moment I made my appointment through fixing my dryer. They made an appointment for me same day, promptly arrived at my house, and were willing to explain everything as they were working. They went above and beyond with my service, and not only replaced my heating element, but also took the time to clean all of the lint that had collected in my dryer. Richard took the time to even tell me about preventative maintenance on all of my other appliances. I will only be using their services from now on. Highly recommend them!
