We have been using pool logic for our pool and spa services and had a great experience the entire time. The automated billing is convenient. The weekly maintenance keeps our pool running all year long without any issues. After every maintenance we receive real time data on the health of out pool as well as a picture as well as a list of the services provided. Roni takes care of our pool weekly and he is always on time and takes care of our pool like it is his own. We love pool logic. 10/10 recommend!

I've been using Pool Logic as my pool maintenance company for about 4 months and I can truly say that I wholeheartedly recommend them! 1. Three other "pool guys" said I needed to contact SDG&E to have my pool heater turned on after they couldn't figure it out. Brodie at PL walked over, took off the cover and flipped a switch in the heater unit.and it started right up! 2.
Every time I have a question, the PL Team responds within an hour or less! Communication is HUGE me. 3. I'm a navy veteran who has issues with random people showing up at my house and randomly walking in my back yard. I asked for them to call me 30-45 minutes before they're going to arrive to service the pool - and in 3 month of weekly visits, they've called every time!
This may not sound like a big deal but I've gone weeks waiting for contractors to communicate with me and they don't. So, I truly appreciate how these guys go out of their way to make sure we're taken care of. I highly recommend Pool Logic for service, repairs and new equipment installation.

Pool Logic is by far the best pool servicing company we've used! Believe me, after 30 plus years owning a pool, we've had a number of scammers, half hearted, uninterested, and dishonest pool cleaners. Thomas is precise, professional and truly invested in taking excellent care of our pool. He takes his time to give you his best effort each time he comes, not just "showing up" that is all too common in the pool cleaning industry. Additionally, he takes pics before & after of our pool and emails us a full report including pictures.

Earlier this year we purchased our first home with a pool. We quoted out some plumbing work and heard back that they were waiting on supplies. Well 7 months later, I decided to reach out to poollogic for a quote to get my pool filter cleaned along with the plumbing work. I talked to Kyle, he was very friendly and responsive! He set up an appointment to go over repairs within a week and gave me a quote less than half of my original.
I gave him my thumbs up to move forward and the repair and cleaning was done within a week or so. No more spa draining into my pool every night! Highly recommend! Thanks again Kyle!
