We just had a new roof put on by CNS Construction. They did a great job. The inspection was thorough and showing me with pics how horrible shape my roof was in. The installation was amazing! Nearly 110 Squares of new roof, gutters, and fascia. Our church's roof was in bad shape and we were experiencing leaks and ice damage and the roof was only 15 years old. We received competitive bids from multiple companies. When we met with Sam, one of the owners, he brought the GAF Rep and we talked through the entire project, how the shingles are constructed, what type of underlayment they use, and how the new ventilation technology works.
No one else did that. To top it off, they were one of the lowest bids. We were not disappointed. The crew was excellent, the workmanship was fantastic, and they worked to keep the site clean throughout the project. We have a 50 year roof, and it has completely transformed the look of our building. I highly recommend CNS Construction.

We recently had CNS provide us with new siding and dealing with Sam was a pleasure. He quickly met with my husband and me and discussed the options. He was quite knowledgeable and friendly as well. We instantly felt comfortable with Sam and after obtaining quotes from other companies decided to go with CNS because we liked Sam and trusted him. He and his crew were professional and completed the siding in 2 days and we are so happy with the final result! We have received many compliments on the transformation.
