Veteran Garage for the Win! My spring broke, & at first I called another company & they didn't call or come out on the date we agreed upon. I then called Veteran, they scheduled me for the next day. Their technicians are very courteous through the entire process. The tech communicated with me before arriving, arrived on time & gave me pricing for the new spring within 5 min of arrival. The tech also helped me re-program my garage door while he was here. He was very efficient, everything was completed within 45 minutes.

One of our heavy wooden garage doors wouldn't lower a few days ago and pulled a rail off the wall. JT came a day after we called and quickly identified the issue and fixed it as well as checking both doors for any potential issues. He also stabilized the other garage door to prevent a future problem. He was thorough, had to move some garage items around and was gone in about 2 hours. We are very pleased with Veterans and JT.

We experienced problems with one of our garage doors allI week. It was a Saturday at 5pm when we called this company, and the following day they arrived and partially fixed the issue. Estimates were free. The worker showed up as planned on Monday and did all repairs. They are very polite and hardworking. The pricing was so affordable. Excellent service!

The technician arrived in the expected timeframe. He was here for roughly 2 hours. We are definitely satisfied with how it came out.
