Ulysess provided me 30 minutes of notices and punctually arrived on time. He changed the broken garage door springs and had me back running in no time. Before leaving, he did an inspection of my door, oiled a few noisy parts and provide me with some preventative maintenance tips that I can do myself. There are three reasons why I choose VGDR. First, they are in Burleson area. Second, I just like the work Veteran. Third, because of the negative reviews. I appreciate the fact the VGDR took the time to address, and try to make good, on the few negative reviews that they received. That is just good business. Thank you VGDR.

The door technician, Martin, showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the issues I had (broken lift spring). I am hard to please and hardly ever write reviews. However, Veteran Garage Door deserves one. Our house and garage system are about 25 yrs old so I've had several calls over the last few years for various parts/services. They give me options at different price points depending on what I want to do, not what they would probably prefer to sell me. Any technician I have ever dealt with is extremely knowledgeable and respectful of my time. Amazing service all around!
