Our old garage door opener finally called it quits after 16 years. Called VGDR in Cypress late in the day and they were there the next day. Good communication during the call--everything was explained fully. The tech spent an hour trying to get the old one to work--no pressure to replace it. I appreciated that. Turns out the cost of repair was over half the cost of a new one--we went with the new one.
After it was in he spent quite a bit of time trying to get the old remotes to work with the new system--no joy but it was great to see the effort he put in With my Veteran's Discount, the cost was half of what we thought it would be. Also liked the follow-up call from the company to check on the repair and see if we had any questions. All in all, a class act. They are now on our list of home repair providers

They (specifically Jake) came out and fixed a broken spring as well as replaced our rollers. They were reasonably priced and efficient. I would definitely recommend using them and will use them again when needed!

The spring for my garage door was broken and I needed someone to come out and fix it. VGD came within 1hr and replaced the spring with dual springs and with reasonable price. I recommend VGD to anyone who needs their Garage Door repaired fast.

Same day called for service they came out gave me estimate for repairs and replacing the door. The door was replaced the following day. The installer was early and very nice and fast quality work. Definitely are good service company for garage door repair or replacement.

Great service. I called about 8am and had a service representative at my house about 10am. Jake explained my options, answered my questions and made all the repairs. I just got home from a motorcycle ride sitting in the house cooling off and heard this loud boom noise! Looked in the garage and seen the spring on the garage door broke in half. Called 3 different company's getting prices and when they could come and do the repair. Veterans Garage Door company came to the rescue gave me one of the best prices, and I had a Technician at my house in 45 minutes.
The man they sent out was excellent and definitely knew what he was doing. He had it repaired in like 20 minutes. And gave me some pointers/ maintenance I needed to do on the door that I could do myself. Great company I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks Trent G.

We recently moved into our home and the garage door broke. Received recommendations for Veteran Garage Door and contacted them. Chris came out to the appointment and gave me a quote in which I felt was reasonable and he said he could do it now. I thought it was crazy because it was after 8pm but I was good with it if he was. He was professional and knocked it out as he said he would. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great service! They set a next day appointment when I called and the technician arrived right on time. He was able to immediately spot the issues and adjusted the door put on some new rollers that are a lot quieter and put on a new keypad outside. The whole fix took only about an hour. I definitely would recommend them.
