We contacted Ed, he came out that very day and was able to offer us a new roof with impact resistant shingles for less than the requested credit! We contacted a number of roofing companies to find out the cost of replacing the roof on our 17yo home. All the companies advised we had received damage from hail & storms that should be reported to our insurance. We began our insurance claim for our roof in October 2020 and got our new roof installed in January 2021. Our Anderson Restoration project manager Don Henkes worked with us and our insurance company for all those long months! Don helped us choose the best product on the market (Malarkey Level 4 Impact Resistant Shingles) to ensure we had a good roof for years to come; Anderson also coordinated new gutters and repairs to our kitchen ceiling due to the prolonged insurance claim with our damaged roof.
We chose Anderson Restoration because they have been in business for decades and some of our neighbors have also used them with great results. If we had to do it over, we would choose Anderson Restoration again.

After they installed my new roof they have returned several times to repair additional issues (totally unrelated to the new roof). Working with Anderson Restoration was a great experience from beginning to end. It was great to work with everyone involved in the process, especially with Trevor Bernhardt. Trevor did a great job from the moment we first talked on the phone, all the way up until the job was completed. After the initial inspection, Trevor walked us through the process and made everything very easy for us.
He made sure we understood all the different options, so we could make the best decision. Our expectations were exceeded. Trevor is very dedicated and a person of his word. He did everything he said he was going to do. He took every phone call we made. He answered right away every message we sent. He knows how to take care of his customers. We are very lucky we had the opportunity to work with him.
We also want to recognize the crew that came to our house to replace the roof. They did a great job. They were respectful, hard workers, and completed the job really fast. The Anderson folks were prompt and very professional in helping us restore our home after a flooding incident. We were gone on vacation for 2 weeks and came home late at night to a ruptured toilet hose spraying water in our downstairs bathroom. We called Anderson the next day and they were there that afternoon to begin the tear out process. They were very respectful of our content items handling them with care. Salomon was the manager who supervised and did a great job of setting up the blowers and dehumidifiers.
He came back every day to check moisture levels and worked with our insurance company to gain permission to cut the interior walls around the bathroom when it hadn't dried after 3 days. He had surmised there was insulation in those walls and he was correct (sound abatement?). Once we were completed dry, Salomon made sure that everything was cleaned up and carefully removed from our house. Experiencing a flooded house is a major interruption and very difficult event to endure but Anderson Restoration really helped us to get our lives back in order. My roof was on it's last legs. I've held off from doing anything about it for many reasons and many factors for years. Rich reached out to me one day and inquired about my roof. He was very professional and very polite and even came back to my house after he dropped off a business card to bring back a portfolio of information from his company to show me the work they've done in the past.
It was only then that I decided to give him a call and get this roof taken care of. From the very beginning, I had had no issues with Rich. The communication, the professionalism, the care and concern, and the compassion was there. It wasn't a company that was out to get me for my money, they genuinely care about the quality and the work that they provide.
The day that they came to do my roof, they came early on time, worked the whole entire day and left in the evening. They cleared all the roof mess that fell to the ground into the bushes and on the sides of the house. The roof was done in one day and I was very pleased with the results. The roof not only looked amazing-the work on it was incredible.
Throughout the whole process, I had questions that Rich always answered. Not once was he ever bothered or annoyed even if I asked the same questions again. Very professional. I would recommend him and this company in a heartbeat to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and communication and dedication. Our neighbors used Anderson renovation several years ago. The shingles GAF they put on still look like new. I couldn't put off the decision any longer and decided to call Anderson on a Sunday night and got a call back around 8pm. I wasn't expecting that kind of service but it was nice to hear from someone. The following day project manager Rich Guerrero called in advance then came by to review the project of replacing a 20 year old roof.
I told him if he gives me his best price on the highest quality product I would not quote the project elsewhere. He did give me his best price and we now have a beautiful new roof that makes 20 year old home look like new.

We were very please with Anderson Restoration professionalism. They took time to sit down with us and answer all our questions. They went over how the material will be delivered, the actual work and met with us afterwards. I thought I had a leak from their work and called them back out to my house. My rep and the owner came out to help investigate the issue free of charge!
We determine the leak was a plumbing issue that wasn't from their work! Now, when a thunderstorm comes through, I don't think twice about my roof. The new roof is also good for one transfer to new home owner/s if we decide to move. We're very happy with Anderson Restoration!

Completed all repairs immediately after agreeing to start date, crews were efficient, cleaned up the yard and were polite and hard working. The best insurance inspection to repair I have ever had. I was bless to find a company that was able to come in behind another company mess and do such an excellent job. Great communication from beginning to end, every process explained and I was well informed if changes had to be made in advance. They valued my input and concerns! Anderson Restoration really did an amazing job on my roof! I had tried previously to get my roof replaced, and my insurance company denied it. Anderson came out with the adjuster, and they approved it the second time, with their assistance. I was so relieved! Anderson Restoration did an excellent job replacing my roof. From the initial phone call all the way to picking up every nail that fell to the ground after installation was complete Anderson Restoration did a GREAT job. They assisted with the insurance claim, meeting the adjuster at my residence, making sure they quoted the correct items and made sure that I got everything I was supposed to get, they made the whole thing easy. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of work done.

Darrell Anderson and Ed McMahon were very professional from the first visit with estimate to the day the job was complete. Helped tremendously to get insurance company to cover my roof damage. When typical insurance fashion they wanted to patch my roof, the expert lead Ed McMahon got on the roof and pointed out other areas to my adjuster and ultimately pushed insurance into replacing the entire roof. Dropped my materials late afternoon, completed my roof in a day and a half just as i was told. Crew cleaned up fantastic as well. All around a 1st rate experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent Customer Service! After a storm hit several months ago, I had to hire a roofer. I was a bit nervous because of the negative stories you hear about roofers. I did some research and found Anderson Restoration on the list. A sales associate come out to my home and we scheduled a time for the roofers to come out. The materials were delivered as promised, the roofers showed up on time and completed the job a head of schedule. About a year ago, I had Anderson Restoration replace my roof as part of an insurance claim. Darrell was as professional and courteous as you could imagine. His crew came in and dismantled and replaced my roof in just 2 days. Darrell was very helpful in the insurance claim process as well. We are moving to a new house in a month and as soon as the inspector left, I immediately called Darrell for his expert opinion on the roof.
