They are the best. On time and working hard to replace the spring in a two car Garage. I went with their recommendation of replacing a broken single spring with 2 springs. They worked hard in a garage with no windows and it was probably in the mid 90's. I was just watching and I just had to fix them some Ice water to try and help them cope with the heat.
They were working just as hard and fast as they could and did an excellent job which I am hoping will last as long as the original spring did, about 30 years. If anyone asks me they are the Company to call for help.

Bought a 3/4 HP garage door controller from a big-box store and signed up for installation. Couple of days later their installer came and wanted to charge $150 for other (unnecessary) parts plus $75 for the trip charge. I refused their service. Called Veteran Garage and they gave me 2 hour window for Saturday (no extra charge), Bill Lockhart was on time and installed the opener. No extra parts were needed. Clean and professional work. Will definitely hire again. Highly recommended.

Very happy with our new garage doors so far. We purchased 2 new 8ft x 7ft doors from them. They were able to beat a competing offer and willing to provide as much as info as we needed during the quote/estimate phase. The doors are working very good so far (it has been 2 days). And the work comes with a 2 year warranty, so we have the ease of mind that even if something breaks due to wrong installation or something like that, they will come and fix it.

I don't normally write Google reviews, but these guys deserve one. My garage door jammed itself crooked on the rails, leaving it partially open. It was outside of normal business hours when I called Veteran Garage Door Repair and was expecting to have to leave a voicemail. Instead, I got a friendly service rep who had dispatch call me back and scheduled me for the next morning!
The technician, Sergio, was great! He arrived early, was professional, and thoroughly answered all my questions. He definitely knew what he was doing. Quickly got the door back on track and operating how it should. He even stayed within his original estimate for the repair. It was a great experience. Thank you!

After looking at reviews for several garage door repair companies I decided on Veteran Garage Door Repair. Called and was given an appointment the same day. True to their promise someone would contact me 20 minutes before arrival, 2 repairmen arrived, went to the garage, gave a reasonable bid and started right to work. Two cattywompous garage doors are now like new using the same doors. So satisfied and would and will recommend this company to family and friends. Very impressive experience. Great job!

These guys are the best. I had a torsion spring break first thing in the morning and gave them a call. Not only were they friendly and helpful when scheduling the FREE consultation/estimate, but they were able to get the job done same day. I contacted Veteran Garage Door when my door spring broke. I looked for a potential repair service in the BBB and liked their company profile and the fact they didn't have any grievances against them. I contacted them from the BBB site so that made contact easier. I also went to their website and I like their company policies. They don't charge a trip charge, there is a no obligation in-home estimate and they don't charge extra on weekends.
They responded quickly and there was no pressure. The company was very professional and followed up with call to set an appointment. My repairman came out and did an excellent job. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Zack assessed my situation and gave me an up front quote and there was no hidden fees or mark ups added on. Zack worked quickly and efficiently.
He got the job done fast and was intent on my complete happiness with his work. He was very respectful of my property and cleaned up before he left. I am extremely happy with Veteran Garage Door, their work and Zack's service. I am so happy I called them.

In fact, I was provided a next day appointment. They do not overcharge you. In fact, they offer a military discount. Also, they do not quote unnecessary repairs to make more money. This company is great! Very professional but still friendly and customer service oriented. Christian was an excellent tech to work around my mess to replace the spring, and add one, to lubricate the door, replace the wheels, and had a backup remote! With all the heat, he worked efficiently and thoroughly and was done in about an hour. I'm in NFtW Alliance area. He called to let me know he would be early and gave me a price right away. Great team. Called Friday evening to schedule a repair. Very responsive and prompt. My service tech Cameron is knowledgeable and precise. Replaced broken assist spring with two springs assembly and installed roller guides with bearing rollers. Adjusted door close and open positions as well as providing a silicone lube on all hinges. Company even provided a call back to check if we were satisfied with work and repair.

Called late last night and got an appointment for the next day. Trent called and said he had finished up early, came over and assessed the system. Turns out our existing system isn't something they service and is a legacy product that builders use which work but tend to fail and require maintenance. He was able to replace this with a conversion kit and 2 hours later the door is working whisper quiet again. Much appreciated the fast response and great service.

Quick service, price difference between the different springs were not much so I went with lifetime springs for my garage door, which was broken. They called me to let me know they can come even earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Installation and maintenance was quick! My total downtime for my garage was about 3 hours, from knowing something was wrong, calling Veteran Garage Door Repair and getting it fixed! Not bad, I'm highly impressed. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in Waxahachie!

Wow. I can't say enough about Veteran Garage Door Repair. We had the gnarly winter storm last week that knocked our power out for 4 days. Our garage ended up breaking - a bracket came off, the wheels fell off the track and almost hit my car - not sure if that's all the right garage terminology, but it makes sense in my head. Anyway. I called them Friday.
They set an appointment between 10-12 Monday. Joshua was on time. And he fixed my garage, and it's not even noon yet! To get a quote is free. I said yes fix it - and he was able to fix it there same day. He replaced the bearing rollers, screwed in a few spots, and straightened things out for me. The receipt was detailed. And he also helped me install a key pad opener.
And he told me the labor comes with a year warranty. My total was $260. I felt like I got a good deal, all things considered. I called a few other garage door repair shops, and some charged just to come out and give a quote. I'm glad I went with Veteran Garage, and I'd use them again and recommend Joshua to anyone. He's friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Also! Almost immediately after, I received a call from someone just checking to see how everything went. Great service.
