Outstanding service. Their prices are upfront, without any BS sales and gimmicks. They gave us free same day estimate, with same day service. Their staff from the phone to their techs are friendly, professional, and on time. I placed a phone call at 220pm, by 630pm I had an entire new unit, with sensors, outside keypad, and remotes programmed and set to go.
In today's world, customer service is becoming a thing of the past, these guys are the exception. I am more than pleased with the service I received. Veteran Garage Door Repair repaired our garage door spring. Excellent service! The technicians called us before our scheduled appointment time to see if it was alright to arrive early. Once they arrived, they assessed the issue and gave us our options. They were very efficient in getting the job done. Once they fixed the spring, they made sure everything was working properly.

Again great service from VGD. JT was my tech this time. Gave me a notification before he arrived. Got here exactly when he said he would. Most importantly these guys know what they're doing. I had a spring that broke. The door had two springs and JT recommended to replace both, which I did. I decided to replace the rollers with new nylon rollers. I only did that because I really liked the service I got and they clearly know what they're doing. If you want the job done professionally, promptly and they tell you beforehand exactly what it will cost, go with Veteran Garage Door.

Trent G. did an amazing job and also cleaned and tightened several other parts. All in all to get a company to come out this fast was a miracle. I need to have 2 new springs, cables and wheels put on. He did an excellent job and finished within an hour. He gave me a discount of 10% as we had quite a bit of work done. The parts and the service come with warranties and it was all well explained to me.

The spring broke on our door. The service was scheduled for my convenience. They did EXACTLY what I needed. They called when they were 20 minutes away. They arrived on time, had the needed parts, the tech was professional and went straight to work. He replaced both springs and 10 wheels. He tested and inspected my door and was finished in an hour and a half. I will certainly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had a spring bust off on my garage door. I typically like using veteran owned businesses to support them. I had a man named Martin Muranio come out and give me a quote. A week later I went through with it. Very respectful and professional. They came back to adjust the door also. Definitely recommend!
