The technician was great. Whoever is in charge of scheduling wasn't super professional while texting, and incorrectly scheduled us which had the tech come a whole day early which was annoying but at least the garage door is fixed. We needed our door put back on the track and everything is working now. Tech- 10/10. Scheduling and customer service person- 7/10.

Highly recommend this company. They work 7 days a week so there are no emergency call charges. Jake came out on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. So nice that we didn't have to wait until Tuesday. He replaced the broken spring, worn out rollers, inspected everything else and said was good. The door opens and closes smother and quieter now. Thank you!
