I had a new AC installed in early July. Downriver Climate Control did a great installation job even tho it was one of the hottest days this summer. Today I had a furnace check. Justin did a great job, explained what he was doing and was very efficient. I would recommend DCC to anyone having heating or cooling issues.

Our A/C failed at 7 pm Saturday evening in 90° weather. DCC answered the phone that evening, came out Sunday morning, gave us a quote and was installing a new A/C & furnace first thing Monday morning. DCC is professional and courteous. The HVAC company I had a service contract with, never returned my call.

Justin was great-was able to come earlier than anticipated and was very quick to diagnose and fix my parents' a/c unit. A/C went out during a heat wave and Justin was able to be here within 4 hours, it was a huge relief. Very satisfied, thank you!

Justin from Downriver Climate Control was so professional. I have a business with 2 roof top Air Conditioners that were broke on a 90 degree day, he was able to fix both in a super quick amount of time. He knew exactly what was wrong and had the parts in his truck which was extremely efficient. I was so impressed and will always call him for any climate needs. I've had some bad experiences with other companies in the past so this was a pleasure doing business with him.

This was a great experience! My ac went out and after having a frustrating time with my previous ac guy ghosting me, Justin answered the call. He called me with an eta and because I wasn't able to be there he even called me with details and recommendations. I called on a Saturday since my furnace was out and DTW tried to fix it 2 times and did not. Downriver climate control came out same day I called within an hour. My house was at 46degrees and very cold. The owner of the company got my furnace working, but he hung out to make sure it did not quit. As he was waiting, the furnace cut out again. The tech realized that a switch was bad and he installed one and got the furnace working again.
The owner of the company called back a few hours late to check on the furnace and to make sure the house was warm. I was very impressed with the response time and how concerned he was about making sure the house was warm again. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!
