Our local 1-800-water damage crew are awesome! They came in and handled everything after our finished basement was soaked due to a faulty sump pump. From the initial estimate, clean-up and removal team, to the final project manager walk through, they did their best to make the process as easy as possible. No one wants to have to call a clean-up crew but if you do it's nice to know a company that cares for the people they serve. Thank you all.

We finally came to a close of our water damage due to a dishwasher leak that started end of September. The process working with our insurance was slow (3.5 months slow), but 1-800 worked with us and advocated on our behalf. They worked fast in dry out and remediation. They worked hard to keep navigating vendors off our shoulders and hired wonderful flooring, and electrical.
They also gave us unbiased options when it came to selecting new flooring. The journey was not without challenges, but I always felt supported. Very happy with the end result.

The crew from the Indianapolis 1-800 water damage were amazing. My refrigerator water line had a water leak that was unknown to me until it started seeping through my hardwood floors. They showed up and started the remediation process immediately. I chose to further use them to ensure my new flooring was installed properly and to finish the job. I can't say enough good things about the team at 1-800-WATERDAMAGE. Geoff has been so patient and transparent with me; I started out from a place of distrust and being overwhelmed with significant water damage from rain seeping through my ceilings while my roof was being replaced and a pop-up shower hit. Geoff came out the next morning after I called (even though it was a weekend) and has been consistently available even and kept up great communication about progress, timing and what to expect.
I felt after meeting him that everything would be okay. Ricardo was equally kind, responsive and professional for the water mitigation portion of the project. At first, I was really scared that there would be surprise charges for what my insurance didn't cover, but they kept true to their promise that I would pay nothing except my deductible. We had an unexpected basement flooding, which we found out in the late afternoon on a Saturday (and we contained the problem ourselves to keep it from further flooding). 1-800 water damage had a great response, came all well prepared within an hour (despite us not in emergency situation any longer by then). They explained to us clearly what the process will be that day and the next few days and they stuck to the process.
In the meanwhile, they paid regular visits every day to see the drying process progress and rearrange the floor fans and de-humidifiers. They also helped dispose of whatever we marked to be disposed off from our basement after the main process was all over. During this time, they stayed in touch with us through texting for any questions we had during those few days.
All this time, they were very polite and professional. I highly recommend 1-800 water damage's service for anyone looking for restoration from water damage issues OR any other relevant services they might provide.

In my experience this company was very professional and easy to work with. Levi was my project manager and helped with scheduling repairs after cleanup. He regularly visited to view progress and keep contractors on task. I also was very impressed with the contractors that were used. Very respectful, clean and would use them all again if needed. We can not thank the workers at 1-800- water damage enough for coming to Michigan from Indiana to help us out after 2 nights of storms and flooded basement. We would like to thank Brodie who kept me up to date on on how the process would go and when workers would be coming out. We want to thank the employees that took part in coming into our home after we discovered a leak the day before Mothers Day. The guys arrived with needed equipment to get the floors dried. We want to thank Justin Williams again. We interrupted his testing asking a million questions. Everyone I have interacted with at this company has been great! We had a hot water line come apart and ran for about 4 hours. By the time we noticed our house was flooded but once we called 1800waterdamage they were out within the hour. They also came and checked in everyday and have experience with the insurance companies as well. We plan on having them do our renovations as well. Could not be happier

I live on the second floor of a Condominium Complex and had water damage this past Friday night that started on my kitchen and it greatly affected my neighbor's unit on the first floor. My insurance Company provided my information to 1-800 Water Damage Company and Justin called me within 15 minutes and scheduled the appointment for Saturday morning.
He started the mitigation process right away, found the busted pipe, contacted the Plumbing Company that was also great and did not overcharge me for calling them on a Saturday. Then on Sunday, Justin returned with Ricardo and removed the damage floors and walls from both places and started the drying process. Justin, Ricardo and Noah were so qualified and amazing to us during the entire process that took five days.
Our place is ready for reconstruction and 1-800 Water Damage will get it done for us once the insurance approves the claim. However, we are already so thankful that because of their quick response, the damage is not too excessive, and we can still live in our homes. We highly recommend this Company.

Geoff Edwards & the reconstruction team did a wonderful job sealing & painting my bathroom walls & ceiling. The painter was very friendly. He even went out of his way to repair some small holes in the walls and to replace the shower curtain rod when he was finished. I think I told Geoff I would like to have the job done on a Friday, and they arrived Wednesday morning at 8:00 & finished the job that day. Cleaned up afterward & made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. I would highly recommend them!
