Had a water heater go down at in opportune time (is it ever a good moment?) and sustained quite a bit of damage before it was discovered. I was very happy with the service I received. Max, the lead technician, came to my home when scheduled and did a free assessment. I feel like they did enough to ensure my home was free of mold and water damage. Yet they were careful not to charge me for unnecessary remediation. Their price and Analysis was better than 2 other companies I checked. I also had the pleasure of meeting Rob, the owner of the company, when payment was due. He too was very kind and professional.

I have had more causes to use water restoration companies than I care to admit. I have used several different companies over the years and have had excellent experiences and really terrible experiences. I have used 1-800-Water Damage twice now and have had nothing but exceptional service each time. They are definitely my first choice. Rob (owner), Max (Lead Technician) as well as the rest of their crew and office staff are the best in the business.
When I have needed them but they weren't available they have even referred me to other companies who share their high standards for service and professionalism. I tend to ask a ton of questions and both Rob and Max have been happy to answer every one of them. They will always be the first company I call for any restoration service or clean up.

This is the second time that 1-800 Water Damage has helped us, and we have been very impressed with their professionalism, promptness, expertise, and kindness. They have always treated our losses with the utmost care and sensitivity, just as if our losses were theirs. Most recently, we had a catastrophic water event that devastated our entire kitchen and basement, and affected multiple peripheral spaces throughout our house.
From the minute I called them late in the night at Christmastime, they were immediately responding. Rob, the owner, personally answered my call after-hours and during the holiday. He carefully explained the process to me, answered all of my questions, and without any haste whatsoever, coordinated Katie, Anna, and the rest of the excellent team, including himself, to take wonderful care of us.
Since then, most of my contact has been with Katie, as she has managed the damage on site, and done most of the necessary demo. Contrary to one nasty and unfair review left on this site, Katie's work product, work ethic, communication, and professionalism is absolutely top notch. This is among the most responsive and efficient companies you'll ever deal with, and Katie embodies that.
The honesty and caring principles of the company itself are clearly reflected through each representative: Rob, Katie, Anna, and everyone with whom I have dealt. The prior owner and patriarch of the original family business, Michael Whittmore, has also reached out to me, and took the trouble, with Katie, to attend my insurance meeting to help me in his new capacity doing reconstruction management.
During a time which is overwhelming and confusing to me, it's such a relief that these guys have stepped up above and beyond. It's no surprise that this company started as an industrious family business, and continues now with the same family members under Rob's conscientious ownership, in the same spirit. I cannot express enough how fortunate we are to have these quality people helping us through a very difficult time.

Rob with 1-800 Water Damage was great! We had a water leak from our upstairs bathroom and they were able to respond immediately. They did a great job taking care of the situation and were very thorough to make sure the area was completely dry. They also worked well with our insurance to make sure that everything was completed to insurance's standards. Highly recommend!

My husband and I returned to our home in Colorado Springs after an absence. The water lines had ruptured, with extensive flooding on the lower level of our home. I called 1-800 Water Damage and with in a short time they were here to assess our damage. They are professional and responsible. They kept us informed with each phase of the clean up and demolition. Would highly recommend this company.

I called a few places my insurance company recommended for a water damage inspection due to a broken water heater. 1-800 Water Damage offered a free estimate and came out same day. I was very impressed with the quick, courteous, informative and professional response from Katie and Max. I ultimately didn't have enough damage to warrant an insurance claim but if I ever need restoration services I would call here again. I let my insurance agent know this was a great referral for other homeowners in need.

Katie came out promptly and was super helpful! I was worried that there were some serious mold issues in my basement bathroom and that it would cost me big time. But she came out and told me that there was nothing to worry about and gave me a few options for taking care of surface mold. She didn't even charge me and was extremely professional and knowledgable! Plus I got stung by a wasp as I was about to meet her in my driveway, so she saw me in some real agony. So I think we're best friends now.

We had a pipe leak on the first floor of our house and the water went from there down to our basement. Big Mess! This was on a Sunday evening and 1 800 Water Damage was wonderful. Mike and his crew came out that evening and started the mitigation and explained to us what all the next steps would be. They handled the mitigation and then Mike organized all the necessary restoration personnel and dealt with the insurance company. They did a fantastic job and are great people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Prompt response saved the sale of my house. Just before closing the first blizzard hit and snow was blown into my attic. The snow melted and soaked into the drywall. 1-800 Water Damage was able to dry out the insulation and drywall within a week after being called. Thank You

When we discovered that we had a leak in our basement ceiling, Michael came out and was immediately able to pinpoint the cause. Michael used equipment that was able to show the areas that had water penetration without damaging our flooring or walls. Based upon his expertise, we were able to locate the source of the problem and repair it at minimal cost. Michael's honesty, professionalism and expertise are truly amazing! The 1-800-Water Damage team is the best in the business! 5 stars from our family!

A garbage disposal leak uncovered what could've potentially been a serious water damage issue in my recently purchased home - thankfully Mike from 1800 water damage got to my home within an hour of my initial call, explained what needed to happen, & then the very next morning came out & inspected all the potentially damaged areas. Thankfully everything received a clean bill of health, however in the process he uncovered a few other minor leaks that, fixing now, will save me a bundle later.
His team also includes a drywaller, so the small holes that were cut to inspect will be fixed without me having to find someone else. I would recommend their services to anyone!
