Polite, reliable and courteous technicians. A/C is running like brand new! Can't recommend these guys enough after calling numerous companies who quoted outrageous prices. I just wished I called them earlier instead of going with these other companies who did nothing but waste my time/money and try to either upsell their products or get me to sign on for a membership. I used Super Brothers to upgrade my waterheater using the SMUD rebate. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and did a great job. They made the rebate process easy, and were the most competitive in pricing. Every 3rd party I've spoken to about them also highly recommended them. Super Brothers installed our tankless water heater last year and did an excellent job. We had multiple estimates and Super Brothers saved us almost $2,000 for the exact brand and model water heater. This week they came back and flushed the water heater for free. The funny thing is we are supposed "premium" members with a larger company that installed our entire HVAC system and whom does our regular maintenance and they were the ones who quoted us almost 2k more for the same unit. We are now looking at replacing them with Super Brothers. Very happy with their work and service.

Super Brothers came out to replace my main water valve that had a disconnected stem. They replaced it with a quarter-turn ball valve with really great soldering work all within a couple of hours. We started having issues with our AC and Super Brothers came out immediately to check. Unfortunately it was determined that the entire AC unit would have to be replaced. Super Bros. provided several quotes and worked with us to provide an affordable option. They ultimately replaced it quickly and were professional throughout the process.

I've recently had our HVAC replaced by Super Brothers. We had Dima give an estimate and walk through with us what system he recommended and how the work would proceed. You can tell right away all the experience he has, that he has personally done the work before, when he goes over everything. Previous companies we talked to seemed to be more like sales men looking to make the sale with very little technical knowledge.
Overall Super Brothers had the better estimate and we decided to go with them. I wanted to just say thank you to the technicians, Valera and Nik. They did a great job, making sure everything was protected and cleaned. I really appreciated the communication they had with me, letting me know when it would be better to take my daughter outside due to the noise they would be making.
The Mini Split we had installed with cassettes is amazing, can really feel the difference in the air coming out. The ducts they took out from my original system was so disgusting I couldn't believe it. I would definitely say to consider Super Brothers if your considering replacing your HVAC.

I have used this company several times since I moved to the area in 2018. They have done the following work for me: - gas line installation for backyard barbecue - new hot water heater installation - new toilet installations - new garbage disposal installation Every single time they have been very responsive, prompt, professional, neat and polite. Each job was with a different plumber and everyone has been excellent. I highly recommend them for their excellent work and reasonable prices.

We've hired Super Brothers for several plumbing jobs over the past five years and they've always done great quality work and been easy to work with. When they notified me about big new rebates available for new heat pump water heaters, I jumped on the opportunity. They came out to do an assessment and give me a quote, and talked through the options in detail.
They even helped me figure out what electrical work I would need to get done before the install. They're always great about communicating and scheduling. We just had it installed and the technician stayed for ten hours on a hot day to see the project to completion! It's working great

Ray what is my technician and he was absolutely one of the most professional people that have ever entered my house to do a repair. He dealt with two problems that I've had other people come out and try to fix at least four times, he did it in less than an hour. My confidence in the company actually started with the phone call I had with Catherine she was extremely professional and helpful. She left me with a very secure feeling that I was going to be taken care of. They have a customer for life.

I was having difficulty finding a reasonably priced plumber that had the expertise to install my new water heater which was larger and had to be integrated into my solar water heating system. Once the guys at Super Mario Plumbing came over to give me a bid, I knew they were the ones to do the job; they knew the county code requirements, understood how the numerous solar components worked and had a good price.
And I was very happy with the outcome; they upgraded some of my solar components, bought a pan for the water heater to sit in (to catch any leaking water), took away all of the extraneous pipes and garbage and ensured it easily passed the code inspection. And on top of that, they were really nice guys.

Super Mario is the best! We are so happy that we found them! We've had them out to our house many times for various reasons: replace toilets, garbage disposal, and gas range, fix water heater, and unclogged a pipe. Everyone they have sent out has been professional, efficient, and personable. Our home is almost 60 years old, and having Super Mario to call when we need help has made our lives much easier and less stressful. We highly recommend them!

Super Mario Plumbing was terrific! When I called in the morning the gentleman that answered was friendly and helpful and was able to get me a same day appt. Vadim showed up at my door a few minutes earlier than the start time which is unheard of! He was super polite and helpful, explained everything clearly and was upfront with the cost of anything that might be done.
He was super professional and I felt comfortable having him work on my issue without worry that he would take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I have had this happen in the past with other businesses. There is a reason that they have such a good rating!

The Super Mario Team replaced our house plumbing and water line, installed a tankless water heater, new shower and kitchen faucets, and a new utility sink/faucets. They were very dependable and respectful of our time and inconvenience while we had no water access. Yurie and team would give us a time they would arrive each day and they were always on time. They worked very hard while they were on our property. We would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!

Right from first contact on the phone they were great. Very accommodating with scheduling. Told me the price right up front including any other possible charges. They put in a toilet and kitchen faucet on the same day I called. The guy that came was very nice, professional and quiet and clean. Got the job done right very quickly and no surprises. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. My hot water heater was almost 20 years old so I decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater. Super Mario was nice and responsive from my first call to them. They did a bang-up job on install and even the city inspector commented that from what he sees, they always do good work. If I need any plumbing in the future, I will certainly recommend this company.

Nicest guys EVER. Fast work, explained everything they were doing. Cleaned out our pipes and the kitchen sink is working again! I called several local companies and decided on Super Mario Plumbing once I spoke to them on the phone. The best thing about this company I think is that they have a flat fee for drain clean out and promised if they can't get it working, it's free and there's a one month guarantee on what they do fix.
Many other companies charge per 15 minutes and even if they can't fix it, they charge a "service fee". Even though I know we have old plumbing, they didn't try to sell me anything. They were extremely polite on the phone and when they were here. With little kids and no kitchen sink for 48 hours, I've never been happier to do a load of dishes! Thank you Super Mario Plumbing. You're the best and we will be lifelong customers!

These guys are the only folks I will use for my plumbing needs. They have done two jobs for me: They installed an upstairs tank water heater in my rental and a tankless water heater in my home. I don't think anyone beats Super Mario's prices or professionalism. Everyone on their staff goes out of their way to be courteous and to keep you informed.
They are fast and work hard. Installing my tankless water heater involved drilling through a 18-inch brick wall in my garage, and halfway into the job, they decided drywall work would be involved. None of this extra work affected my original estimate. Awesome. I will use them again!

These guys are responsive, courteous, prompt, and professional. I had a drain clogged that was out of the reach of my snake, so Mike came out to clear it for us. We greatly appreciated his help, and our now our tub drains the best it has since we moved into our house three years ago. We will definitely be considering Super Mario for some additional plumbing work that's on the to-do list.

We have a sewer leak under the kitchen and I contacted several contractors for estimate of repair. Super Mario Plumbing turns out to be the best. They explained how they work, $99 for the inspection, which will apply to the repair. Their guy took the picture and explain the problem and what repair needed. Their charge of the repair was most reasonable so we hire them to fix it. The workers were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

From the very beginning when contacting Super Mario, Daniel was very helpful in assisting me to understand their process. His first bit of information that caught my attention was that the business was open 7 days a week! Outstanding information for clients that are full time employees. As it turned out, I was able to schedule a Friday morning installation appointment.
The proposed schedule was for the installer to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. While it was closer to 10 a.m., this was not the fault of the plumber, however, Home Depot was not ready to deliver the water heater to him even though arrangements were made two weeks prior to pick the product up this date. Upon arrival, the process went very well, very friendly installer, and the removal, install, and clean-up took slightly more than 2 hours!
There is no doubt in my mind that if plumbing needs arise in the future, the first call will definitely be to Super Mario! Thanks very much for a great experience with your company!
