This is not "a plumber" but THE PLUMBER. Clean, Respectful, on time and thurough with the job. Explaining what would have to be done and the complications that could come up. This the ONLY Plumber your home needs. I'm still in Awe as I write this. Thinking the the kitchen fauct link may not be a simple replacement he called on a restoration company to come and check. He was right, there was mold bidden under the base cabinets and even into the adjacent wall with the living room. They even made sure the repairs are covered by my homeowners insurance and took the time to expalain how to use the internet for getting on the Ins web site to confirm the policy. Both companies treated me like I was their mom. People before profit. (AND with Heart)

We discovered a broken pipe in our front yard that we were unable to repair. Called Cape Sewer and Drain in the morning and Patrick was at our house early afternoon (even earlier than the original time frame and gave me an hour's notice that he was on his way). He is knowledgeable and professional. Patrick got the job done even in the pouring rain. I plan on having Cape Sewer and Drain come out to make other repairs.

Patrick came out today to replace a 2-way cleanout that I broke when I hit it with my lawnmower. He arrived early after calling to see if we were okay with him coming over before the scheduled time. In less than an hour he had the old cleanout removed and the new one installed. The price was fair and the quality of his work was excellent. If we need a plumber again in the future we will call Patrick first.

Patrick was amazing. First off, unlike other plumbers I have used who charge a price just for coming, Patrick comes and and looks at the problem and provides a price, no "landing" price. Patrick went to my property, determine there is nothing wrong with it, and did not charge me. I can't believe it. He is the most honest plumber I have ever ran into. I would highly recommend Patrick and his company.

I found Pat combing through google reviews and called him based on his 5 star rating which I couldn't have agreed with more. He scheduled an appointment in a timely manner and came and completed the job flawlessly. I would absolutely recommend using Pat for any plumbing service you require. I even had another job for him to snake a few drains for me, but when I explained the issue he told me it wouldn't be necessary and would be a waste of money.
I don't think I have ever had someone talk me out of an additional service so it was good knowing Pat is someone that is honest and sincere. Will be calling Cape Sewer & Drain for any plumbing issues I have moving forward.

It was easy to make an appointment to have my tankless water heater flushed to rid it of calcium buildup. Patrick, the owner, called me about 45 minutes before arriving which I appreciated. He arrived on time and completed the job in about 90 minutes. He is very friendly and professional. I can highly recommend Cape Sewer & Drain.

Our hot water heater broke on Saturday, and after the headache of talking to many different plumbers, Patrick was the only one who came through for us. He's fast and thorough, and very personable. He walked us through the process, and completed the job quickly. We had a new heater in less than 24 hours after it broke! Patrick gave the best customer service, and was very affordable, he made a very stressful situation manageable, and I would 100% recommend him for whatever plumbing needs you might have.
