I have used Habpro on 2 separate occasions over the past years to repair broken springs on our garage door, most recently in May 2024. Both times Bill and his team have been very quick to respond and had someone onsite to complete the repair in the same day at a reasonable cost. The spring broke on my 26 yr old Wayne Dalton garage door. I called several places all said I need to convert to modern springs. I sent some pictures and Bill took the time to explain why and the steps. He quoted me a conversion and scheduled a next day (Saturday) appointment. The work was completed in less than an hour. One of torsion springs on the garage door was broken today and I panic. Because today is holiday, but the owner sent the technician right away and he fixed it. The technician, Garcia, was very kind and proficient at replacing the torsion spring. I highly recommend this company!

Ordered a new garage door - it came in within the week and looks great. A few minor problems were fixed right away and we are very pleased. Company owner is very responsive to questions/concerns. Hopefully we won't need another garage door for a long time.
