BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): GCPRO Restoration does a great job and their Project Manager Adam Gibala in particular is fantastic! My mother is in her 90s and lives in a condo. She suffered some water damage and we selected GCPRO Restoration to do install new floor. I am a Certified Project Manager and geographically separated from my mother's house so I had to manage the process remotely. Adam Gibala was assigned as our Project Manager and he and his team were absolutely outstanding. Adams walked me through the entire process (Scope, Schedule, and Budget) as well as going over all steps and procedures with my mother on-site.
I was consulted at each step and every effort was made to acquire the exact materials we requested and install the flooring in minimal time with almost zero disruption to the everyday life in the condo. The GCPRO process was quick, easy, and customer-oriented. Thanks Adam and thanks GCPRO! 5-Stars!

My kitchen was damaged by a plumbing break in the roof of our condo building. GCPRO did the amelioration and then worked with contractors to fix my place. Their work was superb. They were careful, considerate, responsive, and did absolutely excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all the debris in a timely fashion. I especially applaud their contractors, who repaired and updated my kitchen as if it was their own home. 100% happy!

IMy name is Mrs. Charleston and I hired GCPro to do a restoration to my 3 flat. These guys were excellent. They were on time very respectful. There services are awesome. I had water damage.from the 3rd floor to the basement. These guys came in and dried each unit out with special machines. There work is beautiful. GCPro is extremely professional. The team boxed up my belongings and returned everything back to it's original place. They treated my possessions with the care that I would give them. The unexpected happened and we suffered pretty bad water damage on our first floor through to the basement. We were anxious and worried about next steps, but the folks at GCPRO put us at ease and got right to work. They are FAST and efficient, pulling no punches on what needs to be accomplished to get the work done RIGHT. I have two dogs, one is a large Mastiff, Great Dane mix and they couldn't have been nicer and more at ease with the dogs. The office was great at coordinating my work-at-home schedule and we look forward to using them to finish the repairs. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

GCPro handled all of our belongings after a fire. They took very special care of many items that had no value but we consider priceless. Everything was returned clean and perfect with nothing broken or missing. Marissa and Emily were great to deal with and patiently answered all our questions. When we were anxious and confused by the restoration process they were very calm and helpful. I hope I never need them again, but if a friend or family member needs help, I'll definitely recommend GCPro.

GCPRO was very professional and timely with helping mitigate and repair water damage to our house. The repair work was of high quality and the damaged areas look better than new. The workers were very professional as well, laying down work mats and cleaning up every day when they left. Also they were very kind and accommodating to our 4 month old's nap schedule.
