Vinyl Enclosures
Our innovative manufacturing process creates the longest-lasting commercial vinyl cover solution available. Unlike competitors who stitch their vinyl pieces, creating weak points, we use an advanced welding process called radio frequency (RF) welding to bond vinyl panels. This welding method strengthens the seams instead of weakening them with stitches. The only stitching on our vinyl covers is where the zipper joins the colored vinyl, as this material is tougher and can withstand more stress than the clear vinyl that our competitors use.

We got these panels to enclose our 50 by 50 covered patio and they work great. Everyone that helped us was very good. Installation was easy as well.

JoAnn and I searched extensively for a suitable way to enclose our porch area, looking for a way to block the area from the elements while maintaining clear sight lines to our yard and grounds. We wanted a way to accomplish that as well as being able to fully open up the area when the weather was good.
Our search led us to a local pub with an outside deck area that had recently been fitted with Southern Patio roll-up enclosures. We were then put in contact with Kevin, who very professionally led us through the process of selecting, measuring, and finally installing our enclosures.
Without a doubt, these are everything that we dreamed of having, and are completely filling our needs. We are both extremely happy and satisfied with the enclosures, and the entire process, from beginning to end.

I purchased the enclosure system from Southern Patio five years ago and it is as great today as it was 5 years ago. The sales and service department are professional, efficient, and will ensure you have the necessary information and materials to install the system that you purchased. Due to age and weathering of my system, I had some shrinkage to a couple of panels that made it harder to zip/unzip.
When I called the company, Southern Patio, I was pleasantly surprise that Tom Taylor was still working for this company. He took my call and immediately recommended to me the newer and improved 3 inch filler flaps to make them work better. In my opinion, Southern Patio has a number one product and provides the best customer service that anyone could ask for. My 25 foot by 12 foot patio enclosure looks and works as good today as it did five years ago! Sincerely Don Aldridge
